Current evidence & practical experience provide little justification for assisted loads exceeding 5% of body mass. In many cases, ~3% is sufficient to provide a meaningful stimulus while preserving sprint mechanics. Monitoring SL), SF) & overall sprint mechanics is essential!

In my opinion, this is one of the premier exercises for hamstring health, what’s yours?

Hip flexors play a key role in rapid leg switching. I’ve found iso-inertial (flywheel) training to be particularly effective, how do you train them?

Been using various machines for assisted sprinting since the early 90s. They did the job, but of course the data output was limited. I learned that pulling >5% of body mass is not only unnecessary, it can be dangerous. The trend I see on social media today is frankly ridiculous.
