My family and I had the good fortune of watching Hanuman Ansh in Jammu last night. What a masterpiece! Such powerful direction and brilliant acting can only happen when an entire team is truly blessed, devoted to Shri Hanuman Ji and, of course, Neem Karoli Baba. If you haven’t watched the movie yet, I strongly recommend it. It is a must-watch! Bharat deserves such movies, there is much to cover. Jai Shree Ram! 🙏🚩

When a police officer is surrounded by a violent mob and his life is in danger, what would you rather he use, a pellet gun or a firearm? You can't demand that police avoid both and still expect them to restore law and order. Pellet guns are used only as a last resort to prevent casualties that could result from live firing. Their safe and effective use requires trained personnel, an appropriate distance (preferably around 50 yards), and strict avoidance of vulnerable areas such as the face, eyes, and other vital organs.

Perhaps the Hon’ble Home Minister Amit Shah should grant his wish and ask all Chief Ministers to withdraw police forces for just fifteen minutes. Let us then see what truly happens. Iski dil ki tamanna poori ho jaaye, warna shayad isko jannat bhi naseeb na ho. On a serious note, the judiciary should take suo motu cognizance of such provocative and irresponsible statements. Those who openly incite unrest must be proceeded against strictly under the law, including imposing a permanent ban on contesting elections.

Budgam, 1990 — Planned Ambush In 1990, while I was serving as District SP Budgam, terrorists planned an ambush after villagers invited us to their area. The intended targets were me and the DC Budgam. That day, I didn’t go. Instead, two DySPs and one SHO went in our place. In the ambush that followed, one DySP and the SHO were killed, while another DySP was seriously injured. This video recounts that day, and pays tribute to the brave officers who faced the attack and those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Jammu & Kashmir has seen countless such acts of bravery and sacrifice by brave officers of J&K Police. 🇮🇳
