*లక్ష మంది పాలిటెక్నిక్ విద్యార్థుల జీవితాలతో చెలగాటమాడొద్దు: శాసనమండలిలో జీవో 97 ప్రతులను చించివేసిన ఎమ్మెల్సీ డాక్టర్ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్* 🔹 పాలిటెక్నిక్ కళాశాలలను తలాతోకా లేని 'స్కిల్ యూనివర్సిటీ'లో విలీనం చేయడం దుర్మార్గం 🔹 జవహర్లాల్ నెహ్రూ ప్రవేశపెట్టిన మల్టీలేయర్ టెక్నికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ సిస్టమ్ను విధ్వంసం చేయడం నెహ్రూ విద్యా విధానాలకు పూర్తిగా విరుద్ధం 🔹 శాంతియుతంగా నిరసన తెలుపుతున్న పసిపిల్లలపై పోలీసుల లాఠీఛార్జీలు, నిర్బంధాలా? 🔹 పేద, బలహీన వర్గాల ఇంజనీరింగ్ భవిష్యత్తును అంధకారం చేసే జీవో 97ను తక్షణమే రద్దు చేయాలి 🔹 ప్రభుత్వ పాలిటెక్నిక్ కళాశాలల వేల కోట్ల భూములను కాజేసే కుట్రలను సహించేది లేదు: శాసనమండలిలో గళమెత్తిన దాసోజు తెలంగాణ శాసనమండలిలో ప్రత్యేక ప్రస్తావన (Special Mention) ద్వారా పాలిటెక్నిక్ విద్యార్థుల సమస్యలపై బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్సీ డాక్టర్ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్ కుమార్ గళమెత్తారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఏకపక్షంగా తీసుకువచ్చిన నిరంకుశ జీవో 97ను తీవ్రంగా వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ, సభలోనే ఆ జీవో ప్రతులను చించివేసి తన నిరసనను వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా డాక్టర్ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్ మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రభుత్వంపై నిప్పులు చెరిగారు: ➡️ నెహ్రూ విద్యా విధానాలకు తూట్లు: దేశ ప్రథమ ప్రధాని జవహర్లాల్ నెహ్రూ దశాబ్దాల క్రితం ప్రవేశపెట్టిన మల్టీలేయర్ టెక్నికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ సిస్టమ్ను ఈ ప్రభుత్వం విధ్వంసం చేస్తోందని, ఇది నెహ్రూ ఆశయాలకు, విద్యా విధానాలకు పూర్తిగా వ్యతిరేకమని మండిపడ్డారు. ➡️ లక్ష మంది విద్యార్థుల ఆత్మగౌరవ పోరాటం: జీవో 97 అనేది కేవలం ఒక సాధారణ జీవో కాదని, రాష్ట్రంలోని దాదాపు లక్ష మంది పేద, మధ్యతరగతి, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనార్టీ వర్గాల బిడ్డల భవిష్యత్తుకు సంబంధించిన అంశమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఎన్నో దశాబ్దాలుగా ఉన్న బహుళ అంచెల సాంకేతిక విద్యా వ్యవస్థను కనీస చర్చ లేకుండా రద్దు చేయడం క్షమించరాని నేరమని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ➡️ విద్యార్థులపై పోలీసుల దమనకాండ: తమ భవిష్యత్తును కాపాడుకోవడానికి రోడ్లపైకి వచ్చి ధర్నాలు చేస్తున్న విద్యార్థులను పోలీసులు గొర్ల మందలా ట్రీట్ చేస్తున్నారని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఖాకీ దుస్తుల పోలీసులను పంపి ముక్కుపచ్చలారని పిల్లలను బెదిరిస్తున్నారని, లాఠీఛార్జీలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు. ➡️ చరిత్రను తుడిచిపెట్టే యత్నం: 1923లో నిజాం కాలంలో మాసబ్ ట్యాంక్ పాలిటెక్నిక్ ప్రారంభమైందని, 1957లో పీవీ నరసింహారావు గారి హయాంలో స్టేట్ బోర్డ్ ఆఫ్ టెక్నికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ ఏర్పడిందని గుర్తుచేశారు. అభివృద్ధి చెందిన దేశాల్లోనూ పాలిటెక్నిక్ వ్యవస్థ స్వతంత్రంగా కొనసాగుతోందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ➡️ యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కిల్ వర్సిటీ డొల్లతనం: కనీస మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు, అర్హులైన అధ్యాపకులు లేని యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కిల్ యూనివర్సిటీలో పాలిటెక్నిక్ కళాశాలలను విలీనం చేయడం విద్యార్థుల జీవితాలను గోదారిపాలు చేయడమేనని విమర్శించారు. ➡️ *ప్రైవేటీకరణ - వేల కోట్ల భూములపై కన్ను: ప్రభుత్వ పాలిటెక్నిక్ వ్యవస్థను పీపీపీ (PPP) మోడల్లోకి నెట్టి క్రమంగా ప్రైవేటీకరించే ప్రమాదం ఉందని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన ప్రైమ్ భూములను ప్రైవేటు సంస్థలకు అప్పగించే కుట్ర జరుగుతోందని తీవ్రంగా అనుమానం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. తక్షణమే ప్రభుత్వం కళ్లు తెరిచి విద్యార్థులపై నిర్బంధాన్ని ఆపాలని, జీవో 97ను రద్దు చేసి పాలిటెక్నిక్ స్వయంప్రతిపత్తిని కాపాడాలని డాక్టర్ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు. లేనిపక్షంలో విద్యార్థులు, తల్లిదండ్రుల పక్షాన ప్రజా పోరాటాన్ని మరింత ఉధృతం చేస్తామని హెచ్చరించారు. పాలిటెక్నిక్ విద్యార్థుల భవిష్యత్తును రక్షించేందుకు బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ అండగా ఉంటుందని, ఈ పోరాటంలో ప్రజా సంఘాలు, విద్యార్థి లోకం భాగస్వామ్యం కావాలని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు. “Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad” is absolutely befitting for Shri Revanth Reddy (Revanth Reddy), who is consumed by the arrogance of dictatorial authority and stubbornly refusing to address the genuine demands of the unemployed youth. His blatant disregard for their struggles only deepens their anger, and he will inevitably face the consequences of his authoritarian attitude. The Telangana government under Telangana CMO has clearly lost its way, resorting to arresting youngsters who are simply demanding the withdrawal of the unjust, malicious and illegal GO 29, that any sensible court is likely to strike down. As the GO 29 is already challenged and ultimately would be overturned by the High Court or Supreme Court, why conduct a test at all, especially one whose outcome depends on a final court verdict? What is wrong to reschedule the exam till the court gives its final verdict? The rigidity of Revanth Reddy is creating unrest among the unemployed youth, who aspire to become state administrative officers, but instead are being arrested by the police. Is there an undeclared emergency in Telangana where the youth cannot protest for their legitimate demands? Is there a separate constitution governing Telangana? Why this dictatorial suppression? Revanth Reddy may be escaping accountability for his stubborness, but why are other cabinet colleagues endorsing his erratic decisions and acting as mute spectators to the police brutality?
