⚠️I’ve been watching this Storm like a HAWK. I know this setup inside and out. There’s no way to sugarcoat it. This Winter Storm is unlike anything I've seen in long time. ⬇️ Here are the facts: 🌎 This is an absolutely MASSIVE storm, spanning over 2,000 miles. Snow and Ice will be falling in Mexico at the same time it’s falling in New York. 🌨️ Widespread Snow Totals of 8–12 inches or more will bury large portions of the country, from Oklahoma City through New York City. Some locations will get EVEN MORE Snow, approaching a foot and a half of in spots. 🧊 Catastrophic Ice Accumulations of up to 1 inch or MORE are possible in parts of the South, enough to cripple infrastructure and overwhelm the power grid. 🥶The combination of Heavy Ice and prolonged Frigid Temperatures creates a dangerous situation, especially in Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and parts of the western Carolinas, where power outages are likely. 🧊 SEVERAL inches of Sleet may also fall in a narrow corridor from Oklahoma through New Jersey, piling up on roads like a mega hailstorm. 🚗 Travel will become difficult to IMPOSSIBLE, and in some areas remain impassable for days, due to deep Snow, Ice, and Sleet. ⏱️ This is a LONG DURATION Winter Storm: ⬇️Friday: Worst conditions begin in Texas ➡️Saturday: Impacts spread into the Tennessee and Ohio Valleys ➡️Sunday: The storm shifts east into the Southeast, Mid Atlantic, and Northeast, where heavy Snow is likely This post is not meant to scare you. It’s meant to prepare you. This is a weekend to hunker down, bundle up, find a good book, and STAY HOME. 👊 I’m with you all the way, my brotheren

⚠️ An EPIC 48 hours are ahead for California as a powerful, 3 PRONGED storm delivers Catastrophic Flooding, extreme Mountain Snow, and widespread Damaging Winds. 🎅This event begins Christmas Eve, with the first storm moving onshore, followed by a second major system on Christmas Day. 🌧️ The biggest threat is flooding. Parts of Southern California, especially around Los Angeles, could see 10 inches or more of rain in a very short time. The National Weather Service has issued a HIGH RISK of excessive rainfall, meaning life threatening flooding is possible. ❄️ The Sierra Nevada will be buried. Some locations could see 100 inches or more of snow, over 8 FEET, near places like Lake Tahoe. Once the snow starts, mountain travel may become impossible for days. 🌬️ Winds will also be extreme. High Wind Warnings cover much of the state, with 60+ mph gusts in valleys and near 100 mph gusts in the mountains, raising concerns for power outages. This storm needs to be taken seriously. It will not end the world, but it could be one of the strongest storms California has seen in years. Merry Christmas my California Brotheren - wish i could have delivered a Sunny forecast for yall...🎅

A very active weather pattern is setting up for next week, with multiple storm systems lined up to sweep across the US. It'll all begin with heavy rain slamming the West Coast this weekend into early next week, then the pattern shifts east as a parade of storms brings widespread rain, warm temperatures, and even the potential for severe weather. Because of the warmth, most of these will be rain makers, with only our brotheren in the western mountains being the only folks to get in on the snow. And although Severe Weather is certainty possible, the details still need to be ironed out. Nothing is guaranteed - but it’s definitely on the table in this setup. Get ready to get wet. 🌧️

THIS is what a LONG TRACK Supercell looks like ⬇️ 🌪️ Today featured a LONG TRACK Supercell that produced multiple Tornadoes, including a potentially SIGNIFICANT Tornado near Bloomington, Indiana. 📏In total, this Storm tracked over 150 miles while maintaining impressive structure for much of its life cycle. 🌪️ It was essentially its own Tornado factory. This is exactly what meteorologists mean when we talk about LONG TRACK Tornadoes and Supercells. 🙏Please pray for the people of Bloomington, IN. God please be with anyone affected by tonight's Tornados. 👊 See you on the next one, my brotheren

⚠️ GET READY FOR ROUND 2 🌧️ Round 2 of the INSANE 2025 Christmas Atmospheric River begins tomorrow as another powerful Low Pressure system ramps up and targets the West Coast. California is about to get MORE Rain, MORE Snow, MORE Wind, and more Flooding as another Atmospheric River pushes relentless moisture onshore. 🌧️ Rain and Flooding: Another 5–10 inches of rain or more is possible, which could lead to dangerous to catastrophic flooding, especially in areas already hit today. Burn scars from recent Southern California wildfires will only worsen runoff and debris flows. Widespread Flood Warnings are now posted along much of the California coast. ❄️ Mountain Snow: Heavy snow will fall nearly all day tomorrow in the mountains, piling up in the feet. The Sierra Nevada Mountains could see another 4–6 FEET or more, making travel difficult to impossible. 🌬️ Wind: Strong winds will be a major issue, with widespread gusts of 40–60 mph and up to 100 mph in the mountains. High Wind Warnings remain in effect through the next 24 hours. 🚨On top of all of this, a few isolated Tornados will also be possible. Of all things to have on Christmas, Tornados, really mother nature?? Hang in there, California. You are almost through this. Merry Christmas to you all 🎄

❄️ EPIC Snow is about to BEGIN out West as a TRAIN of Storms is poised to ROCK the Western United States. ✅This is DESPERATELY needed for many areas, especially in the Rockies across Colorado and Utah, which are sitting near some of their lowest Snowpack levels on record. ❄️ The heaviest Snow will fall in the Sierra Nevada, where 4 to 8 FEET is expected to DUMP in the mountains starting Monday morning and continuing through Wednesday. 🏔️ Utah will also get in on the Snow action as widespread totals of 1 to 2 FEET accumulate in the mountains, with isolated spots approaching 3 Feet. 🌲 The Colorado Mountains will also see heavy Snow, with 12 to 18 inches likely and some locations approaching 2 Feet. These Storm Systems arrive in waves, with the first Storm moving into California tonight into Monday morning, followed by a second Storm Tuesday. I am so happy for my West Coast brotheren.
