After some research, the best method I found to get the mouth moving as one would expect, was one I learnt from Hjalti Hjálmarsson🔸, where you parent your MCH tweak bones to a bone with a stretch-to constraint, this serves as an anchor for even distribution

Fun fact, this shirt was the hardest thing to rig in this character, it needed to follow the body location and rotation, but not its scale, while conforming to its geometry, weeks of back and forth, this is the final iteration, thanks to everyone who gave advice 🤍
