The Method and the Madness. This is my dedicated ab exercise. Apparently it’s mostly hip flexors, but I like how it feels. Using progressive overload with weight overhead, I try to lock my core as tightly as possible, then slowly release backwards before reengaging.

Lunch/dinner plans. Tracking macros is hard, especially if you have a family. I like to budget my daily calories starting with dinner, and then working backwards. This keeps dinners simple, and we’re all eating the same meal, at the same table, something very important to me.

I spent the first several years after my injury making excuses about leg day. About 2 years ago I fell in with some savages in the 💯CLUB💯 and decided to STFU and get to work. From no squats, to goblets, to bench assisted, to full fledged leg days. Be relentless.
