How a security ring is formed !

So satisfying to watch

5 years ago today, the Mataf was empty for the first time in the 21st century. Below are scenes from the day

That pause 'Waqf' blew my mind, and I know of others who had their mind blown too. Sheikh Muhammad Barhajji for you guys...

2000 days ago... the last ever Salah was led directly in front of the Ka'bah. The last ever Imam to lead from the Ka'bah, was Sheikh Yasir Al Dawsary. After that, the Imam led the Salah in multiple places, but not in front of the Ka'bah. #makkah

Today, Sheikh Thubaity didn't restrict himself to إستووا as he usually does. He increased in his command for completing the rows by adding the phrase, أتمِّوا الصفوف الأول فالأول , which is pretty rare for him.

Rare moment in Al Masjid Al Nabawī : The ayaats that were recited in the Maghrib Prayer was also recited in the Isha prayer too Same day, Same Masjid, Same ayaats, same camera angle but different Imams and different prayer times. Below is Maghrib by Sheikh Thubaity

The final time we hear this call, this year.

How Salah would've looked like, inside the Haram, mid 2000s... #مكة

The sad style in Al Masjid Al Nabawī. The Muadhin in this video is Sheikh Faisal Nu’mān, and he is imitating his father. His father, Sheikh Abdul Malik Nu’mān, was also a Muadhin in Al Masjid Al Nabawī, but he learnt this style from one of the Egyptian visitors to the Haram.

We've just had the longest Khutbah in years The Tasleem of the Khateeb started at 12:33pm, followed by the Adhan At 12:36pm, the 1st Khutbah began, about Al Isrā & Al Mi'rāj, and it ended at 13:05pm, (29 mins). The 2nd Khutbah began at 13:05pm and ended by 13:12pm (36 mins)

7 years ago, the shortest Fajr salah in recorded history of Al Masjid Al Haram… This was due to heavy heavy rain, where a person who would prostrate would have water flood his nose. #Makkah

Maghrib Adhan by Sheikh Umar Sunbul today

Exactly 5 years ago from today, was the final time the Imam led a Salah in front of the Ka'bah. Ever since then, not a single time has a Salah been led in front of the Ka'bah. That's equivalent to 1826 days, 60 months , 261 weeks and almost 3 million minutes ago.

So in love with the echo that takes place when Sheikh Buayjaan pauses. Hear the word 'عليها', and hear the echo that follows it. That's the most perfect echo you can ever hear , rightly timed too Sadly, it's audio is edited, but that doesn't mean the echo doesn't exist ...

Going to be losing sleep over this recitation 😅

How a sound system in Al Masjid An Nabawi looks like, with the Imam of the Haram Sheikh Muhammad Barhajji heading the sound test from the Mihrab of Al Masjid An Nabawi.

Such a beautiful recitation by none other than Sheikh Abdullah Al Buayjān. #madinah

Beautiful recitation from Surah Yusuf by Sheikh Abdullah Al Buayjaan !

The 2nd half of Al Rahman in his Mus'haf, would be the best part of his Mus'haf in my opinion

The moment when the recitation of the Quran was completed in Al Masjid Al Nabawi, for Ramadan 1447

Sheikh Ali Al Hudhaify is a person who loves Ayat Al Kursi and the ending of Surah Al Baqarah. He doesn't always adhere to them for 1 Salat, no , he recites them in multiple Salats. But... did you know that he also recites them on consecutive days? Yesterday's Asr Salah :

Lost my concentration for the past 2 days cause of this beautiful recitation, due to the following reasons … : - Its meanings - Its style of recitation - Its pace of recitation - The way the Imam elongates letters - The tone of the recitation 🎙 Sheikh Abdullah Al Buayjaan

Even after almost 30 years, Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al Qaasim has a strong pair of lungs ما شاء الله تبارك الله Hear how he elongates the letters in both videos ( 1st clip was almost 30 years ago, and the 2nd clip is from today ) May Allah preserve Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al Qāsim

I waited 28 days for him to recite in this style Mesmerising recitation by Sheikh Abdullah Al Buayjān from the Tahajjud prayers today

Reasons why we love Sheikh Ali Al Hudhaify... Well, he chose to recite ayaats that pertains to the conquest of Makkah. 1439 years ago, from today, Makkah was conquered, and came under the Muslim rule. The greatest conquest ever, & it was commemorated today :) #Makkah #Madinah

Heart melting recitation by Sheikh Abdullah Al Buayjān in my favourite style The goosebumps one feels when he recited the ending of this Surah, as it talked about Abu Bakr r.a… who is literally buried several metres away from where the Sheikh was reciting from #Madinah

Had Sheikh Abdullah Al Buayjaan continued, he may have been brought down to tears Such a mesmerising recitation from tonight, of the ending of Surah Al Maa’idah
