People think a worldwide team = $4 / hr assistants who can barely speak english. THEY COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG. I am building executive teams for 80% cheaper than hiring Americans. Sales Director. COO. Developers. Operations Managers. Head of Finance. The world is your oyster.

My 6 year old is very into drones. He has been saving up money for 3 weeks to buy one. He gets $5 per day if he: 1) makes bed 2) brushes teeth 3) gets dressed for school 4) brush hair 5) puts clothes in hamper 6) eats his dinner 7) cleans up before bed 8) gets pajamas on 9) brushes teeth This morning we go and get the drone. The 4 year old wants to buy a trumpet. They had to work an extra day to earn enough to give away some money and still buy their toys. That was a tough lesson. Next year we learn about taxes and saving.

Big news: We spent $400,000 on a web domain. Support Shepherd is now Somewhere. Turns out nobody can remember Support Shepherd, it doesn't make a lot of sense, and even really smart people spell it incorrectly over and over. Hiring top 1% talent all over the world to save businesses 80% on labor costs is a big job. And we are now investing heavily to build the brand with the best recruiting service in the business. We are also investing heavily in our team: A new C-Suite. 8 new US based account managers with the goal of answering your emails in 20 minutes or less and recruiting talent for you in less than a week. If you are considering hiring overseas, send me a DM with more info on your business and I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. is where our new company will live. Talent is Everywhere. Hire with Somewhere! Onward and upward!

All these people waiting to have kids until 40+ is a national disaster. Be a man. Commit to somebody. Build a family. Get your shit together. You’re being brainwashed into thinking your career is #1 and the world is a bad place. Wake up before you grow old and die with regret!

My metabolism is amazing. I burn 2,333 calories doing absolutely nothing in 24 hours. Skipping breakfast and eating a massive dinner every day crushes your metabolism over time. So does Keto and low carb. So does yo-yoing up and down 30 lbs every time you fad diet. My wife is a Harvard trained Registered Dietician. Watch this video!
