Jared Kushner to Zelensky: A lot of politicians get afraid of complex problems. President Trump always says the harder it is, it's worthy, and you have to give it everything you have. Trump is very determined to see an end to this war. Hopefully, with this trip, we'll come out with some new ways to advance forward. I think we've learned a lot from the trip. I would want to thank you for your hospitality, and we look forward to continuing to make more progress together.

Steve Witkoff to President Putin: Thank you so much for having us. We were sitting outside just now, me, Jared, and Kirill [Dmitriev], and then Yuri [Ushakov] joined us, and we were all talking about when we retire. We'll have all these incredible stories and incredible memories, and yours will be right at the top of it all.

Argentina's President Javier Milei: You have to be very stupid, very imbecilic to believe that our action regarding the Falkland Islands is an electoral maneuver, when it is something we have been developing for three years. There was an external trigger — something that allowed us to take advantage of the opportunity. It does not have any electoral political intention.

The U.S. Air Force weapons systems officer "Bravo," stranded behind enemy lines in Iran for two days following the F-15E downing in April, told 60 Minutes that he found himself injured in a high-desert valley surrounded by cliffs and decided his best chance of survival was to reach higher ground. Despite broken bones, he climbed a 7,000-foot ridgeline before attempting to communicate with U.S. forces, prioritizing getting away from his landing site before Iranian search teams arrived. “Never let a lack of motivation put you on Iranian TV.” Bravo said he pushed through his injuries because of the “warrior ethos” he had preached to his airmen throughout the conflict.

U.S. Ambassador to Türkiye Tom Barrack on the Middle East: All 57 prophets have been sent to this zip code. Not to the Caribbean, not to South America, not to North America, not to Australia, not to China — to this insolvable place. So if God can’t resolve it, if the prophets can’t resolve it, our idea of resolving it in the next year and a half is probably little. Source: Mario Nawfal

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on Iran: They can attack us, and we will respond. Did you notice that Iran is firing at everyone? Who is it not firing at? Only Israel. Why? Because they understand exactly what I am saying, that as long as I'm Prime Minister, they would take such a blow that I don't even want to detail — it has already been prepared.

Vice President JD Vance on Huey Long: The great Southern populist—an interesting, kind of a crazy guy—his name was Huey Long and he once said, “Every man a king” was the goal of his political program. But no man is a king if their castle is under siege by criminals.

U.S. Ambassador to Türkiye Tom Barrack: In public, Trump has asked President Erdoğan, "Why didn’t you just take Syria? If you were instrumental in helping them, why didn’t you just take it?" President Erdoğan responded, ‘Because we don’t want it. We want Syria to be a sovereign and independent country as a canvas and a blanket in the middle of this very difficult zip code." U.S. Ambassador to Türkiye Tom Barrack on the Israeli attack against Syria’s Abu al-Duhur airbase: There’s some intelligence that Israel had some intelligence that one of three things happened. Either there were Turkish military or military assets on site. We know that was not the case. The issue had arisen probably six days before to us, saying, "We have some intelligence that there might be Turkish movement into this site, which we would be very concerned about." We all did our due diligence. We went back to our respective intelligence agencies. The answers we got were, "No, that’s not happening." Source: Mario Nawfal

Former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett: I'm not a believer in long wars—the war in Gaza, and the whole war: Lebanon, Gaza, Iran. It just goes on and on. It's not Israel's doctrine. If we have to pursue war, do it quickly, intensively, win, and move on to stabilize the region. But when you drag it on for such a long time, it exhausts our economy, exhausts our reservists. Former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett: I would just send very warm and positive vibes. I would not entertain in my government any idiots that talk about really stupid statements that people like Ben Gvir and Smotrich say. I wouldn't allow Ben Gvir into my government to begin with. But if someone said something like that, I would call them to order. Netanyahu can no longer do that because he depends on them. Source: Mario Nawfal

Former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett: Regarding Syria's Al-Sharaa, I would be extremely cautious. I would not give him any benefit of the doubt because this guy is a murderer. He's a terrorist. He murdered many, many people. His fighters butchered innocent Druze, Alawites, and Kurds. I never say never about anything, but fundamentally my running assumption is that he's a terrorist wearing suits. It's his burden to prove otherwise, and time will tell. Now, if he turns out to be just a new Sadat who seeks peace, we'll talk to them, but we're not there yet. Source: Mario Nawfal

Former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett: Türkiye is complicated because I'm a big believer in Türkiye, but I think Erdogan is a disaster. I think he harbors radical Islamist ideology and he hates Israel. He essentially wants to wipe Israel off the earth—the State of Israel. But I would navigate through that. I would work where we can. I would be open to anyone with goodwill, or even reasonable will. Former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett on Syria's al-Sharaa: Right now his military is weak, so he'll buy time and pretend to be really nice and peaceful. Then he'll rearm himself, rebuild, gain strength, and fight another day. The ideology that he harbored—and manifested in action, including recently—is very bad. Source: Mario Nawfal

Pakistan’s new PNS Hangor submarine has arrived in Karachi, marking the first of eight Chinese-designed attack submarines Islamabad plans to acquire. The Hangor-class boats are equipped with air-independent propulsion, allowing them to remain submerged for longer and operate more quietly than older diesel-electric submarines.

The UAE-backed Rapid Support Forces said they arrested several individuals, including Brig. Gen. Al-Fatih Abdallah Idris, known as “Issa Abu Lulu,” for “violations” committed during the capture of El Fasher, where he and others were recorded executing dozens of civilians. The group claims that "legal committees" are investigating the cases. The statement from the Emirati-backed group stressed adherence to military discipline, human rights, and international law, rejecting "media exaggeration by the Islamic Movement" and reaffirming that all offenders will be held accountable. It should be noted that this is most likely damage control in response to the widespread footage of the atrocities committed by the RSF in El Fasher, as forces continue to target civilians.
