Extremely disappointing experience with Air India on our international flight from Rome to Delhi. ♻️ Share now for maximum visibility. Water was literally dripping from the roof (video attached) 😓, while landing it was like raining… Other issues throughout the journey: ❌ Seats were old & uncomfortable ❌ Food trays were broken - video attached ❌ In-flight entertainment was a complete mess - video attached ❌ Earphones were sub-standard ❌ Food was tasteless What made it worse? We had boarded an Etihad flight earlier in the trip, and the difference was night and day. Everything on Etihad felt spotless, comfortable, and well managed and surprisingly, it was ₹35,000 cheaper as well.
