Maa Kamakhya Devi 🙏🚩 Maa's face is seen only once in 15 years. Rest of the time, Her face is always covered with flowers. Watch it to see Maa's eyes, which are tat-rupam like that of any human being. At Kamakhya Temple, devotion takes a very ancient, symbolic form rather than a physical idol with a face. Here, Maa Kamakhya is not worshipped through a visible visage. And in that silence, faith feels more like experience than sight. That is the beauty of Kamakhya: not what is seen, but what is felt.
