John O’Keefe knew he was walking into the lion’s den … As Brian Higgins is gesturing to John at The Waterfall, John returns the favor … First he gives him a “let’s dance” … Then he gestures back to Higgins, “me and you”

In one of the greatest examples of “Fuck Around and Find Out” these eyes have ever seen… Jen McCabe just read a text her husband Matt sent to her, her sister, and Brian Albert: “If she (Karen) pleads out, it will end. If she fights it, it will be an episode” The McAlberts thought Karen Read would fold. A corrupt MSP thought she’d take the fall. A dirty DA’s office thought she wouldn’t fight for her freedom. But for 3+ years, Karen Read has stood toe-to-toe with all these monsters. And guess what? She’s winning. They fucked with the wrong woman. She should be an inspiration to little girls everywhere.

Higgins DOES move a car. But why? And to where? ———————— Let’s break down the three quick videos below: 1. Leaving CPD, Higgins walks past his Jeep, stops and looks left, then heads to a sedan in the rear lot. You gotta track him closely—watch the headlights turn on. 2. He sits in the sedan for a few minutes (still on the phone?) then drives it off-screen left—for two full minutes. 3. Two minutes later, he re-emerges by the tailgate of his pickup ———————— So… where did he take that car? Did he just park it—or drive it out to someone? Is the person he stops to look at in clip 1 also who he’s on the phone with? I wonder if CPD turned over all the video footage, or just the footage that corroborates Higgins’ bullshit story. Thoughts?

Did you know Ian Whiffin: • Holds no industry certifications • Holds no advanced degrees • Has no college degree — period He hasn’t even taken a forensics course since joining Cellebrite. But don’t worry — He does have a blog. If Ian Whiffin were a defense expert, think he might’ve been voir dired into the ground?

How quickly did the McAlberts get John O’Keefe’s iPhone passcode? Jessica Hyde testified that John’s phone was still receiving Ring alerts all morning. So how quickly did Jen McCabe get the code from his niece or nephew—before handing the phone over to MSP? Once they had access, they controlled the timeline. I bet they’re pissed they missed the 5:08 AM Meadows exit.

Watch Jen McCabe lure John O’Keefe to 34 Fairview Rd … Right before John welcomes Brian Higgins taunts—ready to dance with the fat man. Jen McCabe takes instructions from Chris Albert—tell John to come to 34 Fairview Rd—which she relays like a good little soldier. John was beaten to death less than 30 minutes later. Was Jen’s 2:27 AM Search the Result of Database Manipulation? Ian Whiffin, Jessica Hyde, and Richard Green can’t explain - with scientific certainty - why Jen McCabe’s “hos long to die in cold” search shows up at 2:27:40 AM. Why? Well, maybe because it’s UNEXPLAINABLE - at least through a digital forensics lens. What if the data was MANIPULATED? What if Jen didn’t search anything at 6:23 or 6:24 AM? And that all of her nefarious activity happened between 2:23–2:28 AM—but someone tried to push that data forward using an SQLite editor like MySQL (alluded to in Yannetti’s cross of Whiffin in Trial 1.0 below)? Except they forgot about Daylight Savings Time. So they only shifted the data 4 hours ahead (spring/summer), as if it were UTC -4, instead of January’s UTC -5 (DST). So if you simply shift the three morning search items back 4 hours (bolded 👇 )… everything lines up on Jen’s phone and starts to make sense. ———————————————- Here’s what Jen’s adjusted timeline looks like: • 2:23:31 – Jen unlocks phone • 2:23:38 - Opens Safari • 2:23:49 – Starts typing “how long to di..” and triggers Apple Suggested Search “how long to digest food” (not clicked - cached) • 2:23:54 – Searches “how long ti die in cikd” • 2:24:18 – Searches “hos long to die in cold” • 2:25–2:26 – Sends two text messages • 2:26:37 – Deletes two screenshots Then the consciousness of guilt scrubbing begins: • From 2:27:29–2:28:06 – Jen reopens Safari and starts closing tabs fast—PayPal, Eastern Bank, Hockomock, even “It’s Raining Men.” Each tab closing brings a new tab into focus. At 2:27:40, she closes the “hos long” tab (Row ID 4028) before its data fully commits—leaving a ghost entry behind in the WAL file. ———————————————- That “hos long” tab they forgot to vacuum in the BrowserState DB - a nearly invisible piece of evidence - would become many things: • The initial catalyst for many of us to stop and say, “Hold up—she Googled what?” • The artifact that helped ignite the Free Karen Read movement • The McAlbert’s fatal mistake So when Jen McCabe says she didn’t google that @ 2:23 AM … or when David Yannetti is asking Ian Whiffin about the editing tool MySQL … or when Robert Alessi is zeroing in on hash values, chain of custody and tampering… Maybe it’s not by accident. Maybe that’s 👆what they’re talking about.

Shanon Burgess is the gift that keeps on giving … Homeboy just testified that all of the data he examined occurred on January 30, 2022. Only problem is John O’Keefe was killed on January 29, 2022. I’m wondering at this point if his real name is even Shanon.

Within five minutes of cross-examination this week, Jessica Hyde showed that nothing she says should be trusted. Taking lazy shots at her obvious, low-hanging quirks — like her: • nonsensical culinary comparisons • looks, clothes, weight, turban • inflated self-assurance …only distracts from the real issue: her complete and total failure as a reliable forensic analyst. Hyde is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and she deserves thanks for her service. But that doesn’t excuse the fact that she sat on the stand and attempted to mislead the jury in the murder trial for a dead Boston cop. The Commonwealth’s so-called “digital forensics expert” testified that John O’Keefe’s iPhone had no user interaction from 12:20:50 AM to 6:04 AM… But just last week, her own colleague and fellow CW witness, Ian Whiffin, testified to at least 23 user interactions between 12:21 and 12:33 AM.. Here are 23 easily discoverable artifacts Hyde flat-out ignored — while cashing two big checks funded by MA taxpayers. 1.12:21:10 – Logs steps 2.12:22:17 – Logs 1st flight climbed 3.12:22:29 – Compass points West 4.12:22:37 – Logs 2nd flight climbed 5.12:24:26 – Waze manually closed 6.12:24:28 – Phone locked 7.12:24:37 – Logs 3rd flight climbed 8.12:24:59 – Unlocked with Face ID 9.12:25:08 – Message read: “you coming here???” 10.12:25:09 – Locked with side button 11.12:25:09 – iPhone pocketed 12.12:27:33 – Message received: “Here!?” 13.12:27:45 – Unlocked with Face ID 14.12:27:48 – Message read 15.12:27:50 – Locked with side button 16.12:29:44 – Answers incoming call (8 seconds) 17.12:31:56 – Starts new steps event 18.12:32:04 – Unlocked with Face ID 19.12:32:05 – Messages app in focus 20.12:32:06 – Message read: “Pull behind me” 21.12:32:09 – Locked with side button 22.12:32:16 – Steps event ends (36 steps) 23.12:33:14 – Proximity sensor covered (pocketed until 5:52 AM) So how does a “forensics expert” miss TWENTY THREE obvious interactions? And how does this woman teach DFIR to students? GTFOH She wasn’t giving a classroom demo at her mediocre state school — she was testifying in a Boston cop’s murder trial. FFS. Jessica Hyde isn’t a credible expert. She’s a paid hack. Nothing more, nothing less. So if you want to take a shot at Hyde, take it at what matters most to Karen Read: her total inability to independently analyze digital forensic data. That’s low-hanging fruit. *** but man, is she quirky and annoying

Debunking Ian Whiffin’s Sloppy 2:27 AM Analysis: Ian Whiffin testified that Jen McCabe’s incriminating 2:27 AM search—“hos long to die in the cold”—was found in the same Safari tab as Ozone Basketball. Here’s the problem: That’s not what his own company’s data shows. The Cellebrite extraction of Jen’s phone clearly identifies these in two separate tabs, each with its own UUID and Row ID in the BrowserState.db: •“Hos long” search = Row ID 4028 •Ozone Basketball = Row ID 4030 •Each with two distinct 128-character UUIDs Two separate entries. No overlap. So really happened? At 2:27:40 AM, Jen closed Row ID 4028—the “hos long” tab. The system then automatically brought Tab 4030 (Ozone Basketball) into focus. Comparing the Apple Cocoa timestamps for each shows the BrowserState “hos long” occurring nanoseconds before Ozone populated in Knowledge C. That’s how Safari works. Whiffin knows this. Yet he testified that the tab with the “hos long” search was still open until 10:30 PM on 1/31—a timestamp that actually belongs to Tab 4030, not the incriminating search. And in his PowerPoint to the jury? He got creative rather than focusing on the data: •No Cellebrite report •No UUIDs •Just his gut “Trust me, bro” forensics, I guess? But the Defense, the FBI and the DOJ know different: Tab 4028 with “hos long to die in cold” was dead at 2:27:40 AM Any effort to merge it with Ozone Basketball is either sloppy, incompetent, or deceptively deliberate. Cross-examined by Robert Alessi yesterday, Whiffin admitted to shaping data. Is this the shaping he was talking about?
