We know Mike McDaniel loves playing with a Full Back. Chargers rank 2nd and 5th in the NFL in “21” and “22” personnel usage. The problem is their EPA from those groupings ranks 29th and 27th in the NFL. Ingold seems like a great guy, but he’s just not holding up his end of the bargain on the field (videos below). If the Chargers want to improve their Offensive output, less reliance on these groupings is one place to start. And also, get Cole Strange off the field asap. Enough is enough. The output is worse than Becton’s was last year. Can’t keep allowing that standard of play to go unaddressed. #TDUFilm🎥 #21Personnel #22Personnel #MikeMcDaniel

Defenses are cluing onto Herbert targeting Keenan on sit routes at the sticks on 2nd & 3rd and Short. Resulted in a Pick-6 to Barton last week. Should’ve led to an INT around midfield in Q1 this week. Harbaugh praised the zero turnover performance but hopefully this Offensive tendency has now registered with the coaches for future weeks. #TDUFilm🎥

1 of 2 📝 After watching 7 games of Slaughter’s All-22 tape, he’s an interesting prospect because his strengths and issues show up more clearly than for most players in this class. His biggest strengths are his IQ (communication pre-snap, no blown assignments) and mirror ability in pass pro. He can also reach block in the run game. These three clips are great examples (especially the first where he blocks 3rd round DT Albert Regis and UDFA LB Taurean York on the one play against Texas A&M) #TDUFilm🎥 #JakeSlaughter

Deep breath Chargers fans this is not slander. Reckon this clip shows nicely how important trust is between a QB and WR. I think you’d say here on the first 3rd down of the game after the Henley INT that Herbert has Tre Harris open on the double sticks concept for the first down initially if he trusts the leverage he’s seeing, timing and throws with anticipation. The coverage will always gravitate towards Ladd and you can see this with the flat defender. He tries to hit ‘Tre again in the second window but it falls incomplete. The first window was tight, but probably there. Understand the turn down it’s a bit muddy but if Tre wore #13 I reckon he’d have thrown it. All in good time though! #TDUFilm🎥
