Noah lost his mum to terminal cancer. He found the courage and bravery to play a few days later. He scored the last goal of the game and we caught it on camera. He’s an absolute legend of a kid and always has a smile on his face. #grassrootsfootball #GRF #TeamGrassroots

When anyone asks why grassroots football is amazing, just show them this ⤵️⤵️ Callum from Heath Rangers Barca U16s has been out of football for 12 mths since being diagnosed with cancer. He asked his manager if he could play in the quarter final of the cup for 10 minutes today. His manager put him on for the last 20 minutes, and he scored 2 goals, got 1 assist, and also got man of the match.

My son lost his father when he was 1 yrs old On what would have been his Daddy’s 50th birthday all he wanted to do was score a goal for daddy, he got a hat-trick. Even better was seeing the support of his team & brilliant coach, Tim. Football is so much more than just a game
