🚨 THE WEST HAM ROBBERY: How a boring low-block cost them their Premier League status. That 1-1 draw against West Ham under Michael Carrick last season was never supposed to be a draw. Most people talk about the Man City win under Michael Carrick, and yes, it was sweet. But nothing sweetened me more than how we completely humiliated Brighton 3-0 on the final day of last season. Brighton used to traumatize us completely. Even when we beat them 4-2 earlier in the season, it wasn’t comfortable at all until Mbeumo killed the game with that 4th goal. But Carrick went to the their stadium and completely shut them up without letting them score a single goal even when they desperately needed the match for Europe. Carrick let them know he is not like the past coaches. He didn't give them a single ounce of hope.
