Positional Play training can be run with the earliest of age groups. Here's a group of 5-6 yr olds in a 4v4+2 using a full 5v5 field as a grid. It's essentially a 5v5 match with no finishing. As their technique improves, they'll already have a good understanding of movement, space, and decision making

U7 Pre Training Conversation I like to hold a small interactive conversation post warm up, but pre primary focus. It helps to focus the players, and check for understanding . Also if you include some self reflection they have a tendency to take that self reflection into the training The 4 minutes spent in discussion is super valuable

To have 4 goals that look this good in 1 game is exciting. A truly international tournament, this was in our match vs the Champions of El Salvador. Goal 1 - Parker off the corner Goal 2 - Thiago on the volley Goal 3 - Isabella on the weak foot Goal 4 - Colin with a banger The vibe was crazy. The teams and parents from South America, Central America, and Mexico really bring the energy. We didn't win it all this year, but it was definitely one of my more fun years at Copa Rayados
