Karinchak’s first pen today, sitting 95 🔥. Which is harder than any ball he has thrown in 2 years AND he hasn’t hit 95 in an off-season pen since…2019. Is one of the most electrifying relievers in the MLB back? If you ask me…yes. But time will tell. Well done James 📈.

Different style, but the same ENGINE ⁉️ Great hitters have differences, but under the hood they used the same engine. Taking a look at a few different big league hitters. All of them have their own unique style and setup. But what I want to focus on here is how all of them load the backside. They all are loading AROUND the backside and allowing the back pocket to take them into the forward move. This allows them to control the move forward while still maintaining the feeling of staying back. This also sets up the DIRECTION of the swing to cover the outer half and create speed behind that location. We have a mix of guys like Harper, Bichette, and Tatis who sometimes switch up the style of the load between leg kicks, toe taps, and no strides, but the way the backside loads in each different style remains the same. While guys like Suarez, Machado, and Witt replicate the same style more often. Want to be great? Start with your load. #Develop #Hitting

The Cam Flukey “Kikuchi” Believe it or not, Command and Velocity can be developed simultaneously. Cam was one of the nations best starters and a top ranked arm in the class of ‘26. Avg Velo from 93.6 to 95.4 with a 75% strike rate on that same FB. How? Let’s break it down.

Jack Kochanowicz- 97-99 🔥(LA Angels) Last bullpen before he reports to AZ, a big off-season highlighted by some delivery and arsenal changes. 1. More Upright Posture 2. Higher Slot 3. Loading over the mid foot vs Toes 4. Rotating and finishing thru the catcher vs. Yanking across High slot giving him more arsenal options and allowing 4S to play + Sinker to have better angle. Getting to sweeper more/easier with -3VB -13H 83-85. Hell of a job Jack Kochanowicz . Show it off #Develop Jared Tims Taylor Blake Ward Talkin' Halos

Frank Cairone 🤝 MLB Draft Combine Cairone with a great showing last night at the MLB draft combine. Showing off why he is one of the top rising LHP prospects in the class of ‘25. Ran his fastball up to 94.7 and showed the SL that worked up to 82. Two big reasons why he punched out 94 over 44 IP this year for Delsea HS. 🔥 Let’s go Frank!
