Very encouraged listening to McClaren, he’s obviously incredibly experienced but he also acknowledges the main issue we’ve had over recent years; not being aligned. Recruitment and manager must be aligned long-term, as he says here. And then showing patience. #RUFC

Re Saturday, the experienced Rafferty’s wild challenge has been well-documented, but young Adegboyega will hopefully have learned a lesson that going back to the keeper isn’t always necessarily a bad thing. Needed to start again here rather than play a risky pass #RUFC

Yesterday is a case in point. No one on the pitch created more chances than Joe Powell. No player won the ball back more than Joe Powell. If you look at the video below, it’s always him making us tick. And he’s the only bloody player fit enough to play every minute! #RUFC
