Father takes care of the child for 4-5 years since she was 1 year old , now as interim orders the custody is handed over to the mother where in the child stays in day boarding during the day and in the night she's with maternal grandparents as the mother has a night-duty job. Father is paying for the child care but he's not even allowed to visit the school to meet the child, his name, phone number has been removed from school records, HC later gives orders to talk on VC and some visitation. Here's the father standing in the MP High Court for custody explaining that welfare of the child be considered in custody matters. Clearly in a matrimonial battle child silently keep suffering and the society would face the consequences of #ParentalAlienation in the times to come.

Prosecutrix and the accused never even met, she sends WhatsApp messages and transfers 12k to his account, he asks her reasons & tells her to take back the money sayingI don'tknow you, she takes the money back and asks for a job. R@pe FIR is lodged, the photos of the woman is uploaded in the accused’s phone after it was ceased by the police. CDR shows that closest they've ever been is 8 Km apart, still the police goes on to say that they were in close proximity. Bail denied by the High Court. A Man in Bengaluru got in touch with a girl through a dating app, they met, decided to go for drinks in a hotel room and then few men barged in posing as officials from narcotics department, pulled out a packet of powder from the girls bags and ended up extorting 2 lacks from the guy. The police later found that the girl was part of the organused extortion racket.

A child from Aligarh in UP, requesting police uncle to intervene and save his family wherein his mother beats the child and also his father each day, also threaten his father (her husband) of putting behind bars every now & then. Imagine the plight of the father & son and I won't be surprised if the wife goes on and file false dowry harassment, domestic violence cases etc on the husband after this video going viral everywhere. Sadly India does not even have a domestic violence law where a man can go and file a petition if he's the victim.

Nitin Pandiyar died by suicide because of harassment by his ex-wife and her family even after the divorce. He's left two suicide notes, one to his mother saying that he'll come back and his ex wife and her family are responsible for his death. The other note where he request the government to change the biased laws otherwise every day we'll see men killing themselves. Also asked youth to be careful while getting married. Former MP Anubhav Mohanty ji in the parliament, raised the subject of misuse of gender-based laws citing example of how Vishnu Tiwari spent 20 years in jail for a crime that he never committed. Not that lawmakers don't understand these issues but just that very few gather courage to talk about them on public platforms. 41 year old Nishant from UP who was staying in Mumbai died by suicide in a Mumbai hotel. He's left a suicide note alleging that he's taking this extreme step because of the torture by his wife and her aunt. How long are the authorities and government going to be mere spectators of this rising number of suicides? How long will the media narrate mental health as the primary reason for such suicides? How long are we as society going to not question the biased laws of the land, the lopsided systems and absence of any government body to look into these issues?

This boy being beaten up is law student from Amity University. This girl is accusing him of commenting on her character but who gave these people right to take law in their hands, abduct this guy and beat him up inside the car. She could've reported if there was anything but what women says is taken as gospel truth and in such matters all become the judge, jury and executor and mob justice is served.

Horrific incident at Bharatpur (Rajasthan) where when a husband was burnt alive by wife and her family after there was some argument when husband went to in-law's place to get the wife back. He was at inlaw's place for 2 days and was locked, set ablaze by pouring petrol. While small local channel showing this as 'Badi Khabar' (Big breaking news) the mainstream national media chooses to sideline such news of #GroomBurning which we are hearing every now and then in India, specially Rajasthan.

We are seeing innocent men dying by suicide every day because of not being heard, husband's murder cases are rising, nobody, no platform where men can go when victimized. Let's come together and strengthen this #SatyagrahaForMen movement, let's together demand gender neutral laws, stringent punishment for misusing laws and a National Commission for Men to address issues faced by men.
