Was fortunate enough to watch a talk with Sylvester Stallone tonight in London. Absolute legend. Remarkably witty, self deprecating, insightful and honest about the highs and lows of his life and career. Wish there were more guys like him in Hollywood today.

I must have seen this movie a dozen times, and this moment gets me every single time. Absolute perfection.

Jean Claude Van Damme is wild, man. Spends most of his career doing mindless 80's action movies, completely self destructs in the 90's, comes back in the 2000's and delivers the performance of a lifetime. Refuses to elaborate. Leaves.

Does anyone else remember The Pirates Of Dark Water? In my hazy memories from the early 90s it was pure awesomeness, but then it just kinda disappeared without a trace.

If you can have at least 1% as much fun in life as Brian Blessed in Flash Gordon, you're going to be just fine.
