NEW: Louisville autistic teen 15-fires rifle at mother and police during domestic call On October 5, an LMPD officer responded to a domestic call after a stepfather reported his 15-year-old stepson assaulting his mother. While the officer spoke with the mother, the teen appeared on the porch with a rifle and fired toward them, striking a nearby car. Thompson moved the mother to cover and ordered the teen to drop the weapon. The teen fired again; the officer returned fire, striking him multiple times, then rendered aid. The 15-year-old, who has autism, was taken to the hospital for surgery and is expected to survive. Thompson is on administrative leave pending investigation.

NEW: San Diego man fatally shot by police after setting K-9 on fire inside adult store San Diego police responded September 16 to reports of a man smashing car windows with a metal rod. Saul Sandoval Chavez, 33, fled on foot and barricaded himself inside the Adult Emporium on 30th Street in North Park while armed with a blowtorch and flammable liquid. Officers tried to negotiate. After he refused to exit, they deployed K-9 Ryder. Chavez ignited the device, setting the dog on fire. As he advanced toward the door still carrying the incendiary, Officer Kyle Lehr fired, striking him. Ryder was treated and is expected to recover.

Two women charged after assaulting off-duty officer at St. Louis QuikTrip 20-year-old Shaniya Lewis and 20-year-old Nayonna Griffin face second-degree assault of a special victim and resisting arrest charges. The incident occurred early Sunday at a QuikTrip in St. Louis. According to court documents, Griffin threw items at an off-duty Hillsdale officer working security. Lewis then intervened, threw the officer to the ground, and punched him while Griffin stomped on his head. Lewis also grabbed for the officer’s gun but could not remove it from the holster. Both are being held on $100,000 cash-only bonds.

NEW: Arkansas college redhead arrested for DWI after leaving billiards hall Annabelle Billings, a redheaded Arkansas college student who gives off “I would never” energy, pulled out of Old School Billiards just after midnight and started painting both the yellow and white lines. When the officer walked up, she rolled the window down like she was just heading home after a wholesome night of pool. She said she and a friend had been at the hall and she “only had a couple.” The field sobriety tests told a different story. She failed the eye test, missed heel-to-toe, and still looked like she was politely waiting for extra credit. Then she blew a .129. She was booked for DWI and improper lane change. Innocent face with an alcohol taste. Classic.

NOISE WARNING: Key West teen screams her way from the pub to jail and claims to be the sheriff's daughter Sydney Lucas tried to get into Irish Kevin's on Duval with a Florida license that aged her up three years. The bouncer wasn't buying it and she allegedly laid hands on him. A Key West PD officer intervened and detained her. Then the show began. Kicking and screaming, and threatening to press her own charges. She then claimed to be Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay's daughter. She flopped all over until she was carried by her feet. Jail staff could not even get a nurse to clear her. Charged with resisting with violence and possessing a forged license. She told them she was not 21. The fake ID said 2004. Protests are breaking out in Georgia after family views bodycam of 18-year-old shot and killed by police Around 1 a.m. on October 3, a Newnan officer followed a white car where five men exited and four ran. The officer chased Dorsey, ordered him to stop, and deployed a Taser that failed. Investigators say Dorsey then pulled a gun from his waistband. The officer then fired multiple shots. A gun was recovered. After the family reviewed bodycam protesters gathered outside the Newnan Police Department. Dorsey’s aunt, Angela Brown, said, “He wasn’t no criminal. He was somebody, and I loved him.” Dorsey was out on a $20,000 bond facing child molestation, statutory rape, and battery charges from a case in which authorities say he and two others held five girls, including a 14-year-old, at gunpoint and pressured them for sex. Bodycam is expected to be released after the autopsy is complete. They’ll protest for anyone these days.

NEW: Illinois college student gets coerced to drive by her drunk friend, then blows a .203 Chloe Czarnecki, 18, was flying 20 over the limit after a late-night college party when officers pulled her over. Her story started strong: she wasn’t drinking, her friend made her drive because the friend had too much. She stuck to the “I didn’t drink” line three separate times before finally admitting she had. The field tests went about as well as expected. She couldn’t keep her head still for the eye test, skipped numbers on the walk, and wobbled during one-leg stand. Portable breathalyzer: .203. Straight to jail. Friend’s plan worked perfectly… for the friend.

NEW: Philadelphia group poses as “pedophile hunters” charged with kidnapping and extorting men Six people have been charged with operating as “Always Running Plays.” Investigators say they posed as underage girls online, then confronted men while impersonating police. In June, three allegedly lured a man, handcuffed him, and threatened to expose him as a pedophile unless he paid. The group allegedly stole more than $50,000 from him and more than $100,000 from another victim over years. Police found no evidence any of the targets had sexually assaulted or harmed children. Prosecutors say the money funded guns, luxury cars, Miami and Mexico trips, yacht rentals, and designer items.

BIMBO: Arkansas mom arrested for DWI with her child in the car after speeding near University of Arkansas Amy Duvall, self proclaimed dating expert, was taken into custody at the Washington County Jail in Northwest Arkansas after a July 4 traffic stop by University of Arkansas Police. Officers clocked her grey Subaru at 44 mph in a 25 mph zone. During the stop she showed clear signs of intoxication, and eventually refused a chemical test. A search of the vehicle turned up an empty White Claw can and an empty Tito’s vodka shooter. She faces charges of endangering the welfare of a minor (2nd degree), refusal to submit to a chemical test, speeding, and DWI.

NEW: Fourth Degree Belt and former martial arts instructor attempts spinning heel kick on Virginia Beach officer and gets tackled instead Virginia Beach police arrested 33-year-old Timothy Allen Wegert after he squared up to an officer and attempted a spinning heel kick on the beach early Sunday morning. VBPD responded to an assault call involving Wegert and another individual. Wegert refused commands as an officer ran toward him. He then launched a spinning heel kick that narrowly missed the officer. Wegert, a former CEO and master instructor at UpLevel Martial Arts, now faces a felony charge of assault on a law enforcement officer along with misdemeanor charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, and obstruction.

BUSTED: Florida woman flies past deputies with no lights on then remembers she might be pregnant in the back seat Katerina Robinson, 45, blew through Marion County with the headlights off and the speedometer up. She kissed the curb pulling over and already had a fat lip for the conversation. The officer announced himself and she immediately asked why he was being smart. Officers found a large Icehouse in the cup holder. Cold and still sweating. The field tests were a disaster and the upper lip did not help the speech. After she was in the car, she let everyone know she was pregnant…. That’s diabolical At the jail she blew a .134 and a .129. The numbers were clearer than the story. The fat lip stayed for booking.

CLAM JAM: Florida college girls parking lot rendezvous ends with a DUI in the driver’s seat Samantha Sytsema was caught with her pants around her ankles in a bar parking lot with some dude she had just met that night. Samantha was too preoccupied at the moment to turn the engine off. Miss Sytsema failed her sobriety tests by taking way more steps than needed and losing track of time. Samantha was booked for a DUI but also picked up charges for resisting and fraud for giving the officer her fake ID.

NEW: “Chud the Builder” charged after shooting outside Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville Yesterday, a fight escalated into a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee. The two individuals involved were identified as 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly aka “Chud the Builder,” and another man. Both sustained gunshot wounds and were hospitalized in stable condition. Eatherly was arrested and charged with criminal attempt murder (15-60 years), employing a firearm during a dangerous felony (minimum 6 years), aggravated assault (3 to 15 years), and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon (1 to 6 years). Eartherly was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

After being trespassed, she went to a nearby mobile home park, removed her clothing down to her underwear, and continued yelling and disturbing residents. When deputies tried to detain Field, she became combative, and she spat in a deputy’s face twice. The deputy responded with an open-handed strike to stop her from spitting again. NEW: The man Chud The Builder shot yesterday has been identified as Joshua Fox, who was charged with aggravated domestic assault after allegedly threatening his wife with a screwdriver and trying to burn the house down in 2024. On April 18, 2024, in Clarksville, Tennessee, officers responded to a domestic incident at a Tower Drive apartment. Joshua Fox told officers his wife would not let him leave. His wife told officers Joshua was upset over vehicle issues preventing him from leaving. She claimed Joshua had an aerosol can and a lighter and attempted to burn the house down. When she tried to take the can away, they both fell to the ground. She said Joshua then grabbed a screwdriver and held it to her side, causing her to back away. Officers located the aerosol can and screwdriver as described. They deemed Joshua the primary aggressor and arrested him for aggravated domestic assault.

BUSTED: London psych nurse hit with a BUI after struggling with life jacket and field sobriety tests on July 4th weekend Sarah Steel, a psych nurse from London, had her holiday weekend cut short when Texas Parks and Wildlife officers pulled her over on the water. She was wearing her life jacket improperly and had trouble counting backwards. Once on board the officers' boat, they made her play patty-cake with the female officer before placing her under arrest. Steel was arrested for Boating Under the Influence with a .144 BAC. Drop all charges!

NEW: Married former Nashville school resource officer accused of having sex on duty at middle school with another officer Former Metro Nashville Police Department school resource officer Lisa Vidrios has been accused of engaging in multiple sexual encounters with another officer while on duty. The incidents reportedly took place inside her SRO office at Madison Middle School while students and staff were present in the building, as well as in police vehicles. Vidrios, 37 and married with three young children, admitted to violations including conduct unbecoming an officer. She served a 30-day suspension before resigning.
