I'm working on some new swords. Here's a peek at one of them so far. 😊

Added a fuller to the Messer blade. It's also now hardened and tempered! Did my first ever edge quench instead of the full blade. It's great, as it's way harder for the blade to warp during hardening, with the spine still being cold. Looking forward to getting the handle on!

Did some duels using a new Saxon knife I made. Had tons of fun, been a long time since I clashed blades with someone.

This video of me shows it's not just brute force when blacksmithing. Every hit is calculated. I'm watching and feeling the steel as it moves. Adjusting for any errors as I go.
