The DCEU to the DCU... First off, this DCEU is not Snyderverse. It's Snyderverse adjacent. They wanted a HOLY SHIT cameo moment at the end of season 1 and to me it was kinda dumb. Superman and Wonder Woman silhouettes and they wouldn't allow Gunn to use Batman or Cyborg. Because Hamada and his...plans? So to the ding dongs that are laughing saying this "officially ends the Snyderverse" or the ones complaining that "they are erasing the Snyderverse." Stop it lol The universe sits somewhere in the multiverse like the Burtonverse, Donnerverse, CW-verse, etc. I'm perfectly good with the retcon. I didn't really like jokey exchange in season 1. Fits better with the JUSTICE GANG. And to the die hard Snyder fans, you don't want Gunn anywhere close to Snyder's versions of the characters, so this should be a good thing in your eyes. But of course there is always some fight that needs to fought everyday on here because Gunn is Hitler or something...

Last weekend, Zack Snyder liked a post on Instagram showing that Man of Steel was more successful at the box office over Superman. Some fans were supporting the idea that Zack was throwing shade at Gunn. Fans on the opposite side didn't appreciate him liking that post which fueled his loud fans. I'm thinking it's just a man scrolling IG liking things about his work and it isn't that deep. But then I ask the question, does him liking something actually mean something like I've been told before? My thoughts on Lars Eidinger cast as BRAINIAC... Never heard of him like most people, but glad he's an unknown. I trust the casting process, and play a clip of him in the video below. The discourse is just as stupid as ever. We just had DARKSEID, the biggest baddie in the DC Universe, as an unknown and he rocked. As well as other castings. But we get small attention spans and memories when we're pounding our keyboards all day i guess. Looking forward to seeing how Lars does...

Zack Snyder posting an article earlier this week about the first Man of Steel teaser trailer still being one of DC's best. Couple things: - Congrats to Brad Curran for being the author of that article and having Zack post it out of the blue. - The article is absolutely correct in that is one of the best teaser trailers they have but also I think it's one of the best of all CBM trailers. - Jared Purrington responding with a beautiful animated clip of Superman pulling the ship in BvS of course got people talking. I know, you say the word ANIMATION and some die hard fans get offended, but given Parrington has worked with Zack several times before, using his art style for possible animated Snyderverse would be the way to go.
