Wait… the only requirement to pollute the sky is a 10-day notice? That’s not oversight. That’s a heads up. As discussed in our lawsuit and confirmed in testimony: ▪️ If an entity plans to release substances into the atmosphere ▪️ They only need to notify NOAA 10 days in advance No permit. No enforcement.
