So this went down early this morning…from about 2:00–5:00 AM, there were nonstop lights from multiple responding units at our neighbor’s house across the street. Our front door camera even caught two of those vehicles with their headlights pointed straight into our bedroom window. At different points, people were in our driveway, most of those responding units were parked in our yard and several people walked right up to our house as you can see in the video I attached. This went on for three solid hours. Weather? Totally clear. No rain, no wind - nothing to muffle the noise or activity happening right outside our window. And guess who never woke up? Not me, not my husband, not my child…not even our two nosy dogs. TWO...not one...TWO. Three. Hours. So please don’t EVER TELL ME AGAIN it’s impossible to understand how the Alberts didn’t wake up on the morning of 1/29/2022.

I wonder if this is why David Yannetti is so interested in getting ahold of Steve Scanlon's deposition.

Watching the families of the victims walk out of the courthouse made me sad. I have no doubt AJ is going to destroy their lives and the lives of others now that he’s on this case. Article linked below from before AJ joined the team. Much like Yannetti did with Karen, the previous attorney basically admits this kid did it and he was there “to seek justice, not to have his client freed from any responsibility for the crash.” I have a feeling now that AJ is involved that’s going to change.

"Everything we do, even the slightest thing we do, can have a ripple effect and repercussions that emanate. If you throw a pebble into the water on one side of the ocean, it can create a tidal wave on the other side." -Victor Webster Justice for John O'Keefe and peace for his family and friends.

"Throwing spaghetti at the wall" is an idiom that means to try out a bunch of different ideas or strategies without a clear plan, hoping that some of them will work, like throwing spaghetti against a wall and seeing which pieces stick; essentially, it refers to a trial-and-error approach where you test various options to see what produces the desired result.

When the trial started, I began working on this timeline to help keep track of everything as it unfolded. Somewhere near the end, I put it aside and never quite finished it. Recently though, after seeing things in the news, a few people who hadn’t followed the trial closely reached out to me with questions and asking for a timeline of certain events. Even though mine was still unfinished at the time, it already had most of the key information, so I shared it with them. That interest gave me the push I needed to go back, clean it up, and complete it and now that it’s done, I wanted to share it with all of you. I did my best to nail down the exact timing of events by going through the testimony of officers, experts, and civilian witnesses. When I couldn’t find a precise time, I gave my best estimate, which is noted on the timeline. Just a heads-up: you might need to pause in a few spots to read everything. The video was already over 30 minutes and I couldn’t dedicate as much time as I would have liked on every slide. Hope it’s helpful and if you catch anything I may have missed or gotten wrong, feel free to let me know!

Once again, we have confirmation of two critical points that SHOULD put an end to the endless conspiracy nonsense (but we all know it won't 🙄): ✅ The federal investigation is CLOSED - it’s been closed and confirmation was received in February 2025. That's the exact timeframe when it was announced in open court by Attorney Hank Brennan that it was closed. That's the exact timeframe when Helena Rafferty released a statement telling the world it was closed. That’s the exact timeframe when Aidan Kearney himself admitted he was told by Alan Jackson and Karen Read that it was closed despite the fact that now, suddenly, both of them are trying to rewrite history and claim it’s still open. ✅ The defense team, Karen Read and David Yannetti, are the ones who brought this so-called conspiracy case to the Feds in the first place. They walked the information over and laid it on the table, which is what prompted the USAO to open an investigation at all. So while Karen Read had FKR obsessing over a fantasy conspiracy of 50+ people plotting and covering up John O’Keefe’s death, she was pulling strings behind the curtain. The real play was happening elsewhere and the pink “truth crusaders” missed it because they were too busy chasing ghosts. When does FKR wake up and see that they were played?

Karen Read isn’t some misunderstood crusader. She behaves like an eternally-13-year-old mean girl. She cycles through people like disposable accessories. She’ll tell you you’re her “favorite,” swear she appreciates you, promise you the world and then the moment she needs a scapegoat? Suddenly YOU are the problem. It’s the same pattern EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. She stirs up drama, whispers in ears, points fingers at whoever is convenient and watches the fallout from a safe distance, like someone starting tiny fires just to enjoy the glow. Different packaging, same playbook. First it was the McCabes/Alberts. Then the O'Keefes. Now? Her supporters. And just like before, she’s positioning herself as the victim while tossing the people around her under the bus. Loyalty doesn’t matter; history doesn’t matter; what you’ve done for her doesn’t matter. The second your usefulness runs out, you become the new villain. People who aren’t used to manipulative personalities never see it coming. They think they’re defending a friend, when really, they’re defending the person holding the matches setting little fires everywhere. Karen Read isn’t the one surrounded by problems. She IS the problem and she's the common denominator.

FKR continues to push the narrative that Karen Read’s passenger side taillight was intact in the picture attached and simply covered by snow. But thankfully Karen’s own father is here to help clear things up for them: This image is from a wellness check that took place at 1 Meadows around 8 AM on the morning of January 29, 2022. And here’s Bill Read himself confirming that yes, Karen’s taillight was already broken while her car was parked in the driveway at 1 Meadows WELL BEFORE the Massachusetts State Police ever took custody of her Lexus. ARCCA has stated that Karen Read bumping John O’Keefe’s vehicle around 5AM that morning at the speed she did would NOT have caused that damage to her taillight. So when did the damage occur? Facts matter. Just stop it.

Oh my, the irony. Karen Read claims that “no one with any logic” would believe she killed John on purpose, left his body on another cop’s lawn and then simply went home to “sleep it off” before dealing with it or looking for him the next day. However, the very scenario she is dismissing as illogical is almost identical to the accusation she’s made against the Alberts and McCabes. She and her defense team claim they are guilty of killing John, leaving his body on another officer’s lawn and then going home and to bed to deal with the fallout the next day. She is quite literally dismissing this scenario as improbable and illogical when it involves her, while accusing others of doing precisely that and telling FKR it makes perfect sense. Denying and then simultaneously presenting the exact scenario she criticizes shows huge flaws in the reasoning behind the conspiracy.

All of the evidence - every piece, every fact, every inconsistency points to one person and one person only in the tragic death of John O’Keefe. And as the civil trial begins, I pray that even more truth is brought to light. We know, no matter how overwhelming the proof, there will always be those who refuse to see. They’ve dug themselves too deep, done too many terrible things under the guise of “justice,” and can’t admit they were wrong. But their denial doesn’t erase reality. The facts are the facts. The truth is the truth. And as Aldous Huxley said, “Facts do not cease to exist simply because they are ignored.” For the O’Keefe family, and for John’s memory, may the light continue to shine on the truth. 🖤💙 #JusticeForJohnOkeefe #JusticeForTheOkeefes

FKR continues to push the idea that Jennifer McCabe should have run into 34 Fairview to wake up Brian Albert the night John O’Keefe was found unresponsive in the snow. But let’s break down the actual timeline to see if that was even remotely feasible. When Jennifer McCabe got out of Kerry Roberts' car and saw that it was John O'Keefe lying there, she describes a moment of shock - locking eyes with Kerry and then snapping into action realizing she needed to call 911. That call was placed at 6:03:47 AM (see call log). After connecting, she was transferred from the initial dispatcher to Norwood, then to Canton PD, and finally to Canton Fire repeating the details at each step. While on the phone, as you can hear on the call, Jen also gathered blankets for Kerry to place under John's head. The 911 call lasted 3 minutes and 32 seconds, ending at 6:07:19 AM. After hanging up, Jennifer took over CPR for Kerry, who had been kneeling in the snow and was starting to lose feeling in her legs (see clip). We know from footage that Officer Saraf arrived on the scene at about 6:10:00 AM (see dispatch log and testimony in clip). Jen testified that she saw his spotlight coming down 34 Fairview and waved him down. So, what does that timeline tell us? Between hanging up with 911 at 6:07:19 AM and Officer Saraf’s arrival at about 6:10:00 AM, only 2 minutes and 41 seconds passed. In that window we have to also include Jen performing chest compressions on John. We know that at some point Kerry took over chest compressions again as Jen was the one to wave down Officer Saraf. So let’s just split the 2 minutes and 41 seconds in half to be fair and conservatively estimate 1 minute and 20 seconds of CPR for Jen, though it was likely longer. That leaves her roughly 1 minute and 21 seconds to sprint into the house, wake Brian Albert, give him time to register what was happening and get back outside without missing her chance to wave down Officer Saraf. Could she have managed that? Realistically, no. And importantly, if Jen had abandoned John mid-call to dash inside, she would have left Kerry alone with John (and a hysterical Karen) and missed relaying vital information the dispatcher may have asked for (AND missed relieving Kerry of CPR). Who, in their right mind, leaves a victim while actively on the phone with emergency services and someone who is performing life-saving measures? The narrative that Jennifer McCabe could have or should have done more isn’t grounded in reality. If FKR supporters paused to think critically about what they are suggesting and actually calculated the feasibility they might realize that what they believe should have happened simply could not have happened. Alan Jackson’s conjectures and conspiracy-laden narratives keep fueling the fire, but rarely do her followers stop to question whether what he claims is even physically possible.

The FKR movement was run more like a political campaign or crisis PR firm than a traditional criminal defense. It used modern influencer tactics, media manipulation, social engineering and fundraising coordination to shape public perception. Whether or not you believe Karen's sordid tale, there’s no denying this was a well-organized, high-impact marketing campaign...and a case study in how justice and public opinion can be blurred in the age of social media.
