Remember when Adam Lally stated this in court before the first trial? We all know that they were investigating the investigators. The Feds gave their findings to Judge Cannone, The NCDAO and KR Defense Attorneys. Adam Lally was correct when he said the investigation was started by the defense. The investigation is over and the Feds didn’t come to save Karen Read. Does anyone believe that the Feds would let Karen Read go to trial, not once but twice.

Read would then share that information with Kearney who would then spread it to the public by publishing it in his blog and repeating it on his YouTube show. While the truth of this statement will be tested in civil depositions and testimony, it does fit with the pattern Kearney has previously alluded to in other live shows. According to Kearney, on 4/20/2023, he had a phone conversation with Read's attorneys who "alerted" him to the federal investigation. We have confirmed through phone records that there was indeed a 16 minute call between Kearney and a phone number belonging to David Yannetti. We have further confirmed that Kearney recorded this conversation as he sent the recording to at least 4 other individuals that day. After the recorded phone call, on that same day, Kearney published a blog about the federal investigation which Alan Jackson would later use to announce in oral arguments during the May 3, 2023 pretrial hearing that a federal investigation was open and active.

After reading my post this morning about lying regarding knowing the federal investigation was closed, Aidan Kearney attempted to finagle his way out of it by telling his private audience he saw a letter stating it was still open. This is the same lie Read told on 2/25/2025, one day after she was told by the DOJ it was closed. Hey, Einstein, the letter was dated 1/30/2025 and it was clearly being used by Read to promote the conspiratorial lie regarding the status of the investigation. And here you are on 4/24/2026 continuing the lie. Thanks for the new clips and continuing to defraud your audience. You also let slip that you had seen the letter prior to it being public. That's YOU admitting you received NON PUBLIC information about a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION. Under oath you'll have to admit who leaked it to you. And why. Fun times!!! Out of his own mouth, #Turtleboy admits that he and Karen Read have known since February (as well as Read's attorneys) that the federal investigation was closed without any targets, arrests or findings of wrongdoing. They hid that from the public and lied about it for months because the trial was ongoing, and Karen wanted to mislead the public into accquitting her. Shameful. There are no "real killers." Several law enforcement agencies investigated this and only ever found evidence to support Karen Read being the killer. Because she is. This is innocence fraud, and it is the antithesis of justice. Shameful.

Kearney telling his audience in July of 2023 he thought it was Yanetti who opened the investigation and given he was in communication with Yanetti, it's not a far stretch to wonder if that thought originated through those communications. 4. Yanetti stating in open court the defense had done their own investigation into Brian Albert & Colin Albert, which also not so coincidentally seemed to exactly fit with the information the Feds were investigating. If Karen Read and her team embellished the information given to the Feds in order to petition for an investigation, and if they then exploited that investigation in a bid to drum up public support for Read and pressure the Commonwealth to drop their case, that would be a very serious matter indeed. This is what Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo was saying on national television about our artisanal gold: “Imagine, we were getting less than 500kg of gold. And last year (with SONASP), we almost got 10 tons. However, this year by the month of September alone, it was already 36 tons. In the past, Burkina Faso had no gold reserves at all. They were coming, they were the ones who go down in the mines, no Burkinabè was there. They were the ones who will come out and say, “Ah, this is what we got! And we only had to nod and accept it.” Once it leaves the mines, it goes directly to the airport where a plane ✈️ is waiting for it, and when it’s finally loaded, it takes off and that was it. Nothing stays in the country. Is this acceptable? This is unacceptable! But it’s over now! Even in the big mines they still have, we have our people there to control them, so that everything can be clear, so that if they say this is the amount of tons that we brought out, at least we are all witnesses of it.” - End of quote. I was living in Kombissiri in the year 2010-2011, and frequently, I could hear the bikers escorting the gold in full speed like a presidential escort heading to Ouagadougou which is just at about 40km from Kombissiri. At first, I didn’t know it was gold being transported. Until one day, I asked the neighbors and the police and they told me it was gold going to the airport. I was like damn! People are looting our gold! I don’t remember the name of the mine they told me, but Kombissiri was the route they were following. So, this confirms what the PM is saying. But thank God for Capitaine Ibrahim TRAORÉ ! We have none of that shit anymore.

And the Bed-In was just part of it, a definite part of it. It was a statement on a very theatrical level and I think it was very effective. We were artists and did it our own way. We felt very good about it then, and it was such an incredibly strange thing that we were doing. At the time it was a courageous thing to do. John was making the statement in a way that he was looking at the far, far future. I saw it in his eyes. He was saying, ‘OK this is what we’re going to do together.’ And we’re going to give peace a chance. To the world.
