Video of my testimony from the SB55 hearing in Delaware today. (Virtual testimonies were audio only.) It was very frustrating to hear the trans suicide myth repeated so often during the hearing and that Sen. Marie Pinkney lied and said no minors are medically transitioning in Delaware. (A 15 year old trans-identified girl later testified and said all her friends were on cross sex hormones and that she was looking forward to starting on them when she turns 16.) Prisha Mosley🦎 was also not allowed to testify despite being in line to do so. Unsure if this was intentional or not. Chairwoman Marie Pinkley clearly already had her mind made up going in to this hearing, but hopefully those of us who were actually allowed to testify were able to get through to others.

Gender ideology has made people overthink every aspect of themselves and believe that perfectly normal parts of their personality make them something other than a man or woman. These women filmed a 15 minute long video to formally announce their new she/they and they/them pronouns. Their reasoning for these new pronouns is…sometimes wanting to wear more stereotypically masculine clothes in addition to feminine clothes, and feeling more like a person than a woman. 🤦‍♂️
