By request: This video is for women who have been led to believe they aren’t strong enough to rack the slide on a handgun. Teaching women to use major muscle groups instead of fine motor skills, and to use more of their arms rather than relying solely on hand strength, completely changes the game when it comes to locking or racking a slide. I’ve taught over 1,500 women over the past six years, and all but a very few have been able to do it successfully when taught this technique.
