Before online gaming and widespread broadband internet, we had LAN parties. You would haul your 80 lb CRT, computer tower, and peripherals over to your friend's house and hook them up on a makeshift desk. Then you would proceed to take the next 3 hours installing the game and game crack you wanted to play with your friends; by this point it was 11 pm and no real gaming had occurred yet. At around 1 am you would be mid game and someone would get hungry - so everyone would head down to Taco Bell for a late night snack. It was the best of times.

Back to the Future II deleted scene: Mary runs into his brother Dave outside Biff's Pleasure Paradise casino, where Biff's guys have just thrown him out. Dave is a mess: Drink, slurring, and asking Marty to get a drink. He tells Marty that their mom is up in Biff's penthouse 'like always' and then stumbles away. The scene was cut because they didn't want the movie to be even more grim than it already was - George was ended, Lorraine is married to Biff, and Hill Valley was trashed. Making Marty's brother a drunk made the film dark and didn't move the plot substantially, so the scene was cut.
