It asks the right questions, builds a treatment plan, and prescribes if it's needed A clinician still checks in afterwards, so you're not left on your own For now it's just acne in Utah, which feels like the right place to begin I'll be curious to see where they take it next

Here's what it runs on: a LangChain deep agent that plans each step and uses tools NVIDIA Nemotron as the model, running on Nebius Token Factory through an OpenAI-compatible API LangSmith, which records every run The LangSmith part is my favorite. You can open any run and see which model call it made, which tool it used, and how long each step took. If something goes wrong, you can find the exact step instead of guessing. Each piece comes from a different company, and you can switch any one of them for another tool without rebuilding the rest. ok this is something I keep thinking about and haven't seen anyone actually say out loud agents made me personally so much faster at my job, like genuinely different person levels of output but the companies I've worked at as a whole? nothing. Maybe a little and I think it's because none of that context ever left my head. The agent knew what I knew about the account, not what the company knew, so it dies with me instead of compounding for the team that's basically the exact problem Lightfield is fixing. instead of reps manually logging notes, it ingests every call, email, and slack to build a live customer world model that both humans and agents work from. they just announced a $47M series A led by a16z.

real talk: are we actually more productive with AI or are we just better at lying to ourselves? because I spend 6.4 hours a week doing this: > finding files the AI should already know about > catching hallucinations before they become bugs > explaining the same context over and over > tweaking prompts because round 1 is always garbage I wanted an assistant, I got a high-maintenance intern. Glean Tau is the first one I've tried that actually keeps context, finds its own files, and ships code I don't have to rewrite.

For AI filmmaking, I don’t think the biggest challenge is getting one cinematic shot anymore. It’s maintaining momentum once you have 20 of them. Seedance 2.5 is already on CapCut, and Seedance 2.5 1080p is now live.
