Welcome to Europe VP JD Vance. With all due respect, in 🇪🇺, freedom of speech is a core value of our democracy — it is non-negotiable. Never was and never will be. Proof? Even fake news are allowed (sadly, sometimes echoed by top US officials) : EU/DSA has never canceled elections—despite far-right extremists and Elon Musk continuously pushing this lie. The DSA doesn’t regulate content; it ensures #transparency so no platform — being Chinese, Singaporean, American or European —can manipulate algorithms. In the United States, foreign companies respect US laws. It's not open for debate. In Europe, we expect the same behavior from US companies. "When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
