Thank you so much, Pastor Paul Adefarasin and Pastor @ifeanyiadefarasin It was a deeply emotional weekend for me. I hadn’t set foot in TBS since my mother’s burial 20 years ago, so being there again carried profound meaning. It was truly an honour to serve at @theexperiencelagos , and I was genuinely blessed by the entire encounter. Thank you to my @houseontherockchurch family for the love, warmth, and support. Thank you again for the opportunity. I am sincerely grateful.

Olúwa tó ṣìn… It is truly an honour to serve God. On this road to 40, I can’t help but reflect on my journey. I remember running from the “Pastor” title — not because it was bad, but because I knew the weight it carried. The pressure, the sacrifice… I saw it up close in my parents’ lives. Yes, it was deeply rewarding and impactful, but it was also a life of selflessness — true servants leading by example. I didn’t want that responsibility. I didn’t want that sacrifice. But when God calls you, even if you run, you’ll find you’re only running in circles until you say yes. Today, I am beyond humbled that God would look past my flaws and choose me to shepherd souls with Him. It is a privilege that humbles me every single day. Ọlọ́run tó ṣìn! Yes — there are things I wish I could change or do over, many things… but in all, I have chosen to give Him praise. And in return, He has turned my mourning into singing, my sorrow into joy. Tomorrow, I am not just celebrating my 40th birthday — I am celebrating life, celebrating God’s profound love towards me, and celebrating the future He has prepared for me. Hallelujah!
