The pecs and lats follow the movement of the top of the humerus (upper arm bone)

The volume of the muscles doesn't usually change much. Only the distribution of the mass. When the biceps contract, they don't bulge near the elbow. Save this for later, or - even better - suggest a great anatomy tip that has helped you and I'l credit and @ you when I post an animation of it later.

For all sorts of slightly technical reasons, the more you use a ballpoint, the better the ink flow gets. And the smoother the drawing experience becomes. If I could buy them half-full and already pre-used, I really would.

I honestly can't think of many drawing exercises for learning about perspective and rotating forms than drawing skeletons from imagination. Plus, you're refreshing your anatomy as a little bonus.

Don’t think you’re improving? Keep drawing. Feel like you’re improving crazy fast? Keep drawing. May as well not even worry about how fast it’s happening and do the outcome anyway.

Take plenty of breaks from drawing. It's fine to burnout. It's fine to miss days, weeks or even months. The paper will always be there after. The only timescale that really matters for your drawing is years. It's a marathon.

One of my main learning beliefs: there is no distinction between 'foundation' or 'basic' exercises and 'advanced' exercises. Creating a 'difficulty' gradient that you must 'ascend' limits so much learning, and makes people intimidated to even think about trying various things.
