As the new Michael biopic brings his journey back to the big screen, it's impossible to ignore one of the artists who shaped his style in those early day...Fred Astaire. From the smooth footwork and effortless spins to the sharp silhouettes, hats, and controlled stage presence, MJ never hid where he drew inspiration from. He studied legends, reimagined their artistry, and turned it into something the world had never seen before. These side-by-side moments are a reminder that even icons were inspired by someone first.

Diana went from calling Michael her date to telling the interviewer he was gonna play her son in a movie. Poor baby got friend zoned that night. But also can we appreciate THE CHEMISTRY in this video? He was soo into her.🤭❤️

Randy, in the Jacksons' Day One interview in 1993, explained that when asked about Michael's vitiligo, he was glad Michael had finally spoken about it publicly. He said the family had known about the condition for a long time, but Michael didn't want to address it because he was worried about what the media would make up and how they would distort the truth.

Jackie, Jermaine, and Tito Jackson reflecting on Michael Jackson's extraordinary impact on music during the 1980s - and why his success mattered far beyond record sales. Speaking openly, the brothers recall a time when the American music industry was struggling, with record sales declining and youth culture drifting elsewhere. They explain how Off the Wall reignited excitement, before Thriller shattered every expectation, not only redefining pop music but reviving the entire record business. Jermaine recalls Michael confidently predicting his own success - and then exceeding it — while also transforming MTV through groundbreaking music videos.
