24 years ago today, Widespread Panic closed out a three night run at Oak Mountain Amphitheatre in Pelham, AL with a Trouble, Down, Postcard encore. Three years ago, Billy Strings played his shows at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. The Saturday night performance featured a sit in with Derek Trucks, who ran over from his own show at the Ryman Auditorium during set break to play Pickin' Up the Pieces and Love & Regret. 35 years ago today, Widespread Panic played the Georgia Theatre in Athens, GA. This clip from Barstools & Dreamers, which closed the first set, offers a glimpse into what a Panic show looked like in 1991. I love how it gets the lighting rig, the stage setup, and all the members in action. Interestingly, a video recording exists but no audio recording has surfaced from this show.

37 years ago today, Widespread Panic kicked off 1989 with their first show of the year at the Uptown Lounge in Athens, GA. Just two weeks removed from their New Year's show at the same venue, the band opened this Friday night with Space Wrangler and stretched the evening into two encores. Just like the clip I posted last week, there is no audience tape from this show, but we've got this entire show on video.
