Teaching my 10 year old daughter how to cook her favorite meal. A perfect medium rare steak using the "constant-flip" method... Medium heat flame under a stainless steel(or cast iron) pan. Add a touch of neutral oil and lay down the salted room-temperature steak into the pan. Every 5 to 10 seconds, constantly flip the steak from one hot spot of the pan to the other until you achieve the ideal doneness you love!
