I exchanged a Poco M4 Pro that is in excellent condition. Even the screen protector that came pre-installed, the original charger, was there in exchange. The Flipkart employee wasted my time for 40 minutes before rejecting the smartphone for bent concerns. Such terrible, terrible service from Flipkart. I tried selling an iPhone on Cashify just to check their services and it turned out extremely poor. They quoted me 15K+ for my device initially and I was very transparent about the device condition On arrival the pickup guy himself said that if we don't drop the prices, what we gonna save.
