ATTENTION!!! ALL ZIMBABWE IN DIASPORA: President Mnangagwa has consistently maintained that democracy is founded on dialogue, inclusivity, and respect for differing views. In that spirit, he has encouraged Zimbabweans living in the diaspora, including those who may have expressed criticism of the country's leadership, to return home and engage constructively through peaceful and lawful channels to address their concerns. This approach reflects the view that lasting national progress is best achieved when citizens, regardless of their perspectives or where they reside, contribute to Zimbabwe's development through dialogue, reconciliation, and active participation in nation-building. Zimbabwe remains committed to peaceful coexistence and good relations with all nations. The recent reports of Zimbabweans being forced to flee parts of South Africa are deeply concerning, as many have left behind their businesses, spouses of South African origin, children, and livelihoods. Such situations carry significant humanitarian and social consequences, underscoring the importance of resolving tensions through the rule of law, dialogue, and respect for the dignity, safety, and rights of every person, regardless of nationality. Lasting peace and regional cooperation are built on mutual respect, compassion, and shared responsibility. SABC 1 Parliament of Zimbabwe Parliament of RSA

PUBLIC NOTICE!! Drone operations in Zimbabwe are regulated under a structured licensing framework administered by the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ). Whether you are flying for recreation or commercial purposes, compliance with the applicable licensing requirements is mandatory. Licensing Categories: 1️⃣ VLOS (Visual Line of Sight): Entry-level operations. The drone must remain within 500 metres and in the operator's direct visual line of sight. 2️⃣ E-VLOS (Extended Visual Line of Sight): Permits flights of up to 1,000 metres, provided a trained visual observer assists the pilot. 3️⃣ B-VLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight): Designed for advanced drone operations using specialised equipment such as multispectral sensors. These operations allow longer-range flights but are not intended for general commercial use. 4️⃣ Remote Operator Certificate (ROC): Mandatory for individuals or organisations intending to generate income through drone services. 5️⃣ Air Service Permit: The highest level of operational authorisation, required for full-scale commercial activities, including aerial photography, surveying, filming, mapping, and other aviation-related services. Each licensing category carries progressively higher training, operational, and equipment standards to ensure aviation safety and regulatory compliance. Operating a drone without the appropriate authorisation may result in substantial fines, confiscation of equipment, and other legal penalties. CAAZ

BREAKING: Invictus Energy is giving many Zimbabweans hope that the country could become more energy secure in the coming years through its exploration activities in Muzarabani. If commercially viable oil and gas reserves are fully confirmed and developed, the project could contribute significantly to Zimbabwe's energy sector, industrial growth, job creation and fuel security.

There is an important misconception circulating regarding the #CAB3 consultation process. The figure of 300,000 submissions does not mean that only 300,000 Zimbabweans participated. A submission is not the same as an individual participant. Many submissions were made on behalf of large constituencies, organisations, and communities. For example, the Zimbabwe Council of Churches submitted a position representing approximately 8.7 million congregants across its member churches, while the Zimbabwe Catholic Bishops' Conference submitted a position reflecting the views of approximately 3.7 million faithful.
