New footage shows the moment the bus came off the mini roundabout in Hayes, clipping a man crossing the road before going into the building. Somehow, the man got up and walked away. The bus carried on across the pavement and didn’t stop until it hit the wall outside the station. One account from the scene says the driver’s brakes failed and he steered trying to avoid people in the road. That’s still unverified, and there’s no official word yet on the cause or on any injuries. How that man walked off is beyond us. When someone was in distress on a bridge over the M40 today, a lorry driver stopped his truck right underneath and raised the back of it up towards them. The motorway was closed in both directions between junction 2 at Beaconsfield and the M25 while Thames Valley Police and emergency services worked at the scene. Police have confirmed everyone is safe. We don't know who the driver is. But a lot of people drove past that bridge today, and he's the one who stopped and put his lorry there. From police chase to this 😳 This was the A12 by the Green Man roundabout in Leytonstone on Sunday 11 October. Dashcam footage sent in shows a police car with blue lights flying through traffic, appearing to chase a car down the A12. Further along, the same car can be seen completely wrecked against the underpass wall, with police vehicles blocking the lanes and officers directing traffic around the scene.
