The motorcade of Dalai Lama just passed by. Thanks to the U.S government, HHDL is offered security service equivalent to a head of state. I am hoping he will be invited by President Biden to sign the Resolve Tibet Act into law. Estimated 10k Tibetans came to welcome Him.
