BULK mark price is basically ignoring the oracle and moving almost entirely off bulk's own orderbook, causing user liquidations (went up to ~$99k). their mm quoting in sync with mark price is making it worse. the number moving in the middle of the video is the mark price. this happened 12 hours ago too and they still haven't halted trading :D
