🛕 जैन मंदिर वहीं फिर से बनेगा! माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC के आयुक्त भूषण गगरानी से मेरी बातचीत हुई, जिन्होंने अब आश्वासन दिया है कि विले पार्ले में चैत्यालय फिर से वहीं बनाया जाएगा। आज जैन समाज के साथ विले पार्ले के जैन चैत्यालय पर तोड़क कार्यवाही के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन में हिस्सा लिया और साथ ही माझी Mumbai, आपली BMCWardKE के अधिकारियों से जवाबदेही मांगी। 🔴 जब स्ट्रक्चर इल्लीगल नहीं था, तो तोड़क कार्यवाही में इतनी जल्दबाजी क्यों की गई? 🔴मामले की कुछ ही घंटों में सुनवाई होनी थी, सुनवाई होने तक इंतेज़ार क्यों नहीं किया गया? इससे प्रतीत होता है कि चैत्यालय पर पूर्वनियोजित तरीके से कार्यवाही की गई। 🔴कार्यवाही के दौरान मंदिर में महिलाएं, बुजुर्ग, पुजारी इत्यादि मौजूद थे। उन्होंने मानवता के नाम पर सब को निकल जाने तक और मंदिर की मूर्तियों और धर्म ग्रंथों को बाहर ले जाने तक की मोहलत मांगी। ये मोहलत तक नहीं दी गई! महानगरपालिका इस तरह क्रूर क्यों थी? 🔴क्या किसी के दबाव में आकर या किसी प्रलोभन के चलते ये कार्यवाही की गई? यदि ऐसा है तो दोषी अधिकारियों पर तुरंत कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए और उन्हें निलंबित कर देना चाहिए। अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारों पर ये सीधा सीधा हमला है और देश की धर्मनिरपेक्षता पर प्रहार है। मेरी मांग है कि जैन समुदाय की इच्छानुसार उनका मंदिर उसी जगह पर सम्मानपूर्वक तरीके से वापस बनवाना चाहिए। ये मंदिर सिर्फ एक शिला नहीं, जैन समाज की संस्कृति का प्रतीक है। क्या महायुति सरकार के राज में जैन समाज को अपने धार्मिक स्थानों पर अधिकार नहीं है? इस बुलडोजर प्रेमी सरकार का निषेध! #JainTemple #Mumbai #JaiJinendra Jainism_jewells M.N.C.D.F North Central Mumbai Congress

मुंबईतील प्रभाग १८० मध्ये झालेल्या मतचोरीच्या विरोधात आंदोलन केल्याने लाठीचार्ज! प्रभाग १८० च्या मतमोजणी केंद्रावर काँग्रेसचे उमेदवार आणि कार्यकर्त्यांच्या निदर्शनास एक गंभीर आणि धक्कादायक प्रकार आला. दोन ईव्हीएम मशीनचे सील तोडलेले होते आणि त्यावर निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकाऱ्याची अनिवार्य स्वाक्षरी देखील नव्हती. आम आदमी पार्टी आणि एमआयएमच्या उमेदवारांनीही यावर तीव्र आक्षेप घेत आंदोलनात भाग घेतला. याबाबत प्रश्न विचारले असता, निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकारी आणि निवडणूक अधिकाऱ्यांनी चूक मान्य केली, पण जबाबदारी मात्र झटकली.. इतकंच नाही तर मतमोजणी थांबवली नाही.यातून मतचोरी करण्यासाठी निवडणूक आयोगाने मदत केली! काँग्रेस कार्यकर्त्यांनी आक्षेप घेत ईव्हीएमचे सील तुटल्याचे मान्य करून मतमोजणी थांबवावी ही मागणी केली. ही बेकायदेशीर कृती सुधारण्याऐवजी, निवडणूक अधिकारी आणि पोलिसांनी बळाचा वापर केला,कार्यकर्त्यांवर लाठीचार्ज केला. या लोकशाहीविरोधी सरकारच्या दबावाखाली काम करत, पोलिसांनी काँग्रेस कार्यकर्त्यांवर लाठीमार केला, जे केवळ निवडणूक गैरप्रकारांविरुद्ध निषेध करत होते. निवडणूक अधिकाऱ्यांचे पक्षपाती वर्तन आता सर्वांसमोर आले आहे. ही उघडपणे केलेली मतचोरी आहे. प्रभाग १८० चा निकाल आम्हाला मान्य नाही. या प्रकरणाची सखोल चौकशी करण्यात यावी. नियमांचे उल्लंघन का झाले आणि कोणतीही कारवाई का केली गेली नाही, याचे स्पष्टीकरण राज्य निवडणूक आयुक्तांनी दिले पाहिजे.

Potholes, BMC apathy take yet another life! Two days ago Arun Tiwari went to get petrol filled at around 10 pm. While returning home through the badly lit stretch near Mumbai University post office, he hit a pothole and lost his balance. Before he could steady himself, a BEST bus hit him from behind. Tiwari was taken to VN Desai hospital. He had already lost a lot of blood already. His family requested that he be given an oxygen cylinder and also asked for an ambulance to take him to Lilavati for further treatment. VN Desai hospital, a BMC hospital, didn't have an oxygen cylinder to spare. The family had to wait for an ambulance for more than half an hour. When he was eventually taken to Lilavati, they could not save him as he had lost most of the blood in his body. The entire stretch of road near Mumbai University from Vakola upto Kurla sees several accidents every week due to potholes. The maintenance of the stretch suffers while BMC and MMRDA continue to spar over whose jurisdiction it is. Meanwhile people keep dying. After Arun's death, it was left to locals to put gunny bags over the pothole as a temporary measures, none of the authorities were around. Arun Tiwari was a victim of systemic apathy. Potholes, a road without proper lighting, a BMC hospital that did not have an ambulance or oxygen cylinder on standby - at every step, Arun Tiwari was left to fend for himself with his dying breath. Arun Tiwari, Ramdhan Yadav, Soham Khatre...to this government they are mere statistics. I demand that the urban development minister Eknath Shinde - एकनाथ शिंदे step in and immediately fix this issue of handover of road maintenance between माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC and MMRDA so that the maintenance of SCLR, CST Road, Hans Bhugra road and other roads in the Kalina Vakola stretch is done regularly. Surrender Sarkar forcing citizens to surrender democratic rights! Clear proof that Maharashtra's bureaucracy works for Adani. This is the MHADA CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal threatening a resident of Motilal Nagar who was present with placards protesting the take over of their land by Adani. It seems that once the project goes to Adani citizens lose all democratic rights and can't protest! The Surrender Sarkar wants residents also to just surrender to Adani and has deployed bureaucrats to threaten citizens. We saw something similar in Dharavi during the illegal survey and during the recent violations by an RMC plant of Adani also. लाडक्या बिल्डर मित्रासाठी नियम वाकवले मुंबईच्या विकास नियंत्रण नियमावलीनुसार,सार्वजनिक वापरासाठी आरक्षित शासनाच्या किंवा महापालिकेच्या जमिनींचा पुनर्विकास केवळ त्याच विशिष्ट सार्वजनिक उद्देशासाठी केला जाऊ शकतो. पण जेव्हा तुम्ही या सरकारचे लाडके बिल्डर असता, तेव्हा नियम वाकवले जातात, नियम बदलले जातात ३ जुलै २०२५ रोजी, राज्याच्या नगरविकास विभागाने एक अधिसूचना जारी केली, ज्यात डीसी नियमांमध्ये एक फेरबदल प्रस्तावित केला - ज्यामुळे खाजगी बिल्डर्सना सार्वजनिक/बीएमसीच्या अश्या जमिनी, ज्या विशिष्ट सुविधांसाठी आरक्षित केलेल्या आहेत, त्यावरही एसआरए प्रकल्प करण्याची परवानगी दिली गेली. या वादग्रस्त बदलामुळेच Mahadev Realtors Juhu Pvt. Ltd. यांच्यासाठी जुहू येथील या महापालिका भूखंडाचा व्यावसायिक वापर करण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला. आणि सर्वात धक्कादायक बाब म्हणजे देवभाऊच्या सरकारने या प्रस्तावित फेरबदलावर लोकांच्या सूचना व हरकती घेण्याची प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होण्याची वाटही पाहिली नाही.एमआरटीपी कायद्याच्या कलम १५४(१) चा गैरवापर करत बीएमसीला प्रस्तावित फेरबदलास शासनाची अंतिम मंजुरी मिळण्याआधीच तातडीने लागू करण्याचे निर्देश दिले. एवढी घाई का? हा फेरबदल खास करून या सरकारच्या जवळच्या दोन बिल्डरांना थेट फायदा पोहोचवण्यासाठी करण्यात आला. या निर्णयामुळे केवळ मुंबईचा विकास आराखडाच धोक्यात येत नाही, तर मुंबईच्या प्रत्येक आरक्षित, सार्वजनिक आणि बीएमसीच्या मालकीच्या भूखंडासाठी एक धोकादायक पायंडा पडत आहे. मी मागणी करतो की ही विनाशकारी अधिसूचना तातडीने मागे घेण्यात यावी एक घोटाळा रद्द करायला १३ वर्षे, आणि तो पुन्हा पूर्ववत करायला ४ दिवस. क्या बात आहे, देवभाऊ? ८ एप्रिल २०२५ रोजी, महादेव रियल्टर्सने महापालिका आयुक्त भूषण गगराणी यांना एक पत्र लिहिले, ज्यात त्यांनी ४ मार्च २००९ रोजी एसआरएच्या सीईओला दिलेली, आधी रद्द केलेली एनओसी (ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र) बहाल करण्याची मागणी केली. ही एनओसी बीएमसीच्या भूखंडाला 'झोपडपट्टी' घोषित करण्यासाठी आणि दर्शन डेव्हलपर्सला लगतच्या भूखंडांसह एसआरए योजनेअंतर्गत विकसित करण्याची परवानगी देण्यासाठी होती. सामान्यतः नागरिकांच्या अर्जांना उत्तर द्यायला अनेक महिने किंवा वर्षे जी घेणाऱ्या बीएमसीने, बिल्डरच्या अर्जावर मात्र तात्काळ कारवाई केली. ९ एप्रिल रोजी, म्हणजे दुसऱ्याच दिवशी, आयुक्त गगराणी यांनी फाईलवर लिहिले, "Please get this verified and submit for orders." महापालिका प्रशासनाला हा भूखंड बिल्डरला देण्याची इतकी घाई लागली होती की बिल्डरच्या पत्रात चुकीचा विषय नमूद केला आहे, याकडेही दुर्लक्ष केले गेले. याच फसव्या प्रस्तावाला यापूर्वी विरोध करणारी संपूर्ण प्रशासकीय यंत्रणा आता मात्र त्याला मंजुरी देण्यासाठी बुलेट ट्रेनच्या स्पीडने काम करू लागली. कागदपत्रांवरून दिसते की २८ एप्रिल २०२५ आणि ६ मे २०२५ रोजी बिल्डरच्या प्रतिनिधींनी उपायुक्त (घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन) डॉ. किरण दिघावकर यांच्यासोबत बैठक घेतली, जिथे महादेव रियल्टर्सच्या प्रस्तावाला स्वीकारण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. त्यानुसार, डॉ. दिघावकर यांच्या कार्यालयाने ९ जून २०२५ रोजी या संदर्भात एक औपचारिक प्रस्ताव सादर केला, ज्याला १३ जून २०२५ रोजी आयुक्त गगराणी यांच्या कार्यालयाने मंजुरी दिली. म्हणजे या प्रस्तावाची जणू मुंबई महापालिका प्रशासन वाटच बघतं होते. जसा हा प्रस्ताव आला, त्याला सर्व संबंधित विभागांची आणि महापालिका आयुक्तांची अंतिम मंजुरी मिळण्यासाठी फक्त चार दिवस लागले. 👉इतक्या वेगाने मुंबई महापालिकेत कधी काम चालते का, तुम्ही सांगा? 👉 दबाव ही किती मोठा असावा.. या अधिकाऱ्यांनी सोयीस्करपणे दुर्लक्ष केले की त्यांच्याच खुर्चीवर बसलेल्या त्यांच्या आधीच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी या प्रस्तावावर अगदी उलट भूमिका घेतली होती. #JuhuLandScam #MitrjiviSarkar #MumbaiLootExposed #MukhyamantriLadkaMitraYojana

What Mumbaikars feared the most, has come true. The first monsoon showers have wreaked havoc in Mumbai, exposing this MahaCorrupt Sarkar's Vinash model. Today we saw: 👉 Several roads turn into mini-rivers. 👉 The Worli underground Metro station, inaugurated with much fanfare earlier this month, getting flooded 👉 Peak-hour traffic crawling 👉A newly laid road surface at Kemps Corner came undone in the very first downpour 👉Masjid Bunder and Wadala railway resembled water parks, while rail tracks at Bhandup, Matunga Road, Dadar, Kurla, and Sion were flooded — crippling all three railway lines. From Andheri Subway, Hindmata, and King’s Circle, to Dahisar, Dharavi, Parel, Chembur, and Mulund — severe waterlogging brought life to a standstill. At several places, officegoers were forced to wade through knee-deep water. The shame doesn't end there. Even Sir KEM Hospital was flooded, endangering the well-being and safety of patients. Shockingly, the road leading to Mantralaya, the seat of power, saw intense waterlogging— a damning symbol of this corrupt regime’s failure. 👉 Who will answer for the suffering? 👉 Who will be held accountable for the chaos, losses, and distress endured by Mumbaikars? Citizens alleged they were lured to a marriage hall by BJP workers on the promise of cash and then were detained in the hall for 4-5 hours. Local body elections are on in several parts of Maharashtra today and as usual BJP is indulging in #VoteChori on a big scale. First BJP tried to bribe the voters and then it detained them.
