"We cannot let numbers dictate terms or policy...democracy isn't mobocracy," BRS leader KT Rama Rao at the delimitation meeting today giving out possible solutions to ensure proportionate increase in percentage of seats. "If south of India contributes 36 percent to nation's GDP, why not give us 36 percent of the seats. Its important to reward states that help in nation building...Fiscal contribution should be a factor, not just population."
