We are deeply disappointed by Ashley Dalton MP 's response during today’s Health questions, where instead of addressing the serious failings of the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme, she chose to take a political swipe at the Reform Party. This was not the time for point-scoring — it was an opportunity to show compassion, accountability and leadership for those who have lost loved ones or been injured following vaccination. Families like Kelly Hatfield’s, whose father tragically died as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect — not have their pain politicised. We thank @PeterBedfordMP for raising this vital issue in Parliament and for continuing to give a voice to the vaccine injured and bereaved. "4 years after the first vaccination and there has still been no action taken" Anna Morris KC at the Covid inquiry. Action is needed NOW to provide meaningful support to those who have been injured or bereaved by a Covid vaccine. It cannot wait until 2026 or 2027 for recommendations to be made.
