A pain 💔 and sleepless nights for 2 years that finally ended and was resolved in a week 🙏🏾 You may find that you are going through the same, read this 👇🏾 This client contacted View4You after battling for almost 2 years with MIOSA and dealership. We got involved, did the inspection and provided our report. MIOSA then ruled in favour of the client and said the car must be repaired. However the dealership did not repair the car as per ruling, we were grateful for the ruling however we felt it was unfair to rule that the dealership should repair, this ruling should have been a full refund or to replace the car as it was a lemon 🍋, unsafe to drive and not roadworthy!! Keep in mind this client has been paying insurance and instalments for a car she is not using, it’s either stuck in her yard or at the dealership 😔, the finance house had refused to uplift this deal and stated the client must sort it out with the dealership. We all know how that goes, it’s straight into a brick wall !! The dealership refused to repair the car, which made us happy because we knew where this will end up. The matter returned to MIOSA, MIOSA then issued a closing letter for the case to be escalated to The NCC. This did not sit well with our Founder, he then made some high-level calls to the finance house which was ABSA, and within a week this deal was uplifted and the process of paying the client back all their instalments started. This story is a reality many people in South Africa are faced with, they are driving lemons 🍋 🍋 because they trusted the dealership. So listen to these findings. ABSA does not finance salvaged cars. The dealership had lied to ABSA, as many others do to their financing houses, and sold this car as non-salvage and accident-free. That is why they did not entertain the client. The client then also didn’t know the car was a salvage car until we at View4You inspected the car and found out not only was it a salvage, this should be scrap metal, not roadworthy, unsafe, it was in a terrible accident🙏🏾 The culprits here are the Car Dealerships, they are not being honest with the finance houses !!! People of South Africa, you may be driving a salvage car that is financed illegally, you may be thinking why is this car so problematic? Well you could be a victim because you trusted the dealership and you are now driving a salvaged car unknowingly!!! If you bought a second-hand car and you did not get it Inspected wether financed or cash. Please get it checked, and get the history checks done as well. If we find out that the car you bought and financed was a salvage car we will help you contact the right people in all the finance houses and bypass those that are not telling the authorities in the finance houses the truth !!!! Dear Nolly Motors We write to you after we have received numerous complaints about your dealership, some complain about mileage reversal, others complain that you sell written off cars the list is actually endless of the concerns people have. This video below is one of our clients, sad part is he contacted us after he already had purchased the car and you delivered it to his partner as he is abroad. This right here is a fraud and robbery. You said this car was in excellent condition and accident free. Well let us tell you, this is a piece of scrap and it’s almost 200k to fix. As a representative of this country in the vehicle and property inspection space, we humbly ask you to refund this client and take your piece of scrap and we also ask you to stop selling scrap to people, rather disclose the truth and from that let them make a better informed decision. THIS SHOULD BE SEEN BY EVERY PERSON IN SOUTH AFRICA‼ This STORY has to be our number 1 story. 😳 Our client bought this car BRAND NEW JAGUAR for 2.1mil from Jaguar in Limpopo. Previously known as Land Rover Polokwane, Telegenix trading also known as MGM, they are now operating as Land Rover Limpopo and Land Rover Polokwane ( Supergroup ) 1. This car has been previously repaired, definetly an accident even a blind man can see it. 2. Jaguar sent their own guy to check and it was confirmed that it has been previously repaired because of an accident, they say transit 🙄. 3. This car was NEVER brand new, we have the proof, the NATIS papers says USED. Not only that, we have seen the previous ownership, it has had one 😳. Mind you getting the NATIS papers was a huge challenge. WHY? obviously hiding something. 4. This car from the day it was purchase it has had endless problems even putting our clients life in danger. 5. Wesbank is not willing to help they infact threatened on email to collect the car under abandonment and take legal action against our client instead of investigating the dealership thoroughly, all evidence is there that Jaguar has not been honest from the get go. 6. National Children’s Campaign how are you allowing such to slide, a case has been opened with you. Hi GoBid as a proudly South African company we at View4You disagree with the fact that people cannot run diagnostics, check the car to see if it starts check for any warning lights, check fluids on your cars. We understand moving them is not doable like all other auctions. Our founder recently reached out to your ambassador mumbo repairs and asked Him why your cars are not auctioned with a report stating the truth about the car as we have come across cases of possible mileage fraud and a case of a cloned car at GoBid. The response we received was that it would be difficult as the quantities are large and it would be costly. He also stated these cars are from various banks insurers etc. He further stated that GoBid will allow us to do our own inspections before we bid. His answers are acceptable and understandable. However, they do depict or show a lack of or no interest in protecting the consumer. Now today we were stopped from running a diagnostic, we were not allowed to get the car started and we were also not allowed to check the fluids. How can people bid confidently with these limitations? Now our humble request is, please permit us to run our checks thoroughly to ensure we know what we are bidding on. All other auctions permit such and it’s only you who does not allow it. A diagnostic test is crucial in the process of practicing due diligence, if you do not want us to run a diagnostic, can you please run it and place the report on the windscreen of your cars that can be diagnosed? This Price jump was writhin 48 hours after leaving Weelee floor. Interesting one.🤨 Could Weelee and MitMak be cooking something❓This is not the first time we have seen this. We often see the MitMak team at Weelee. 🤔 I wonder what caused the price to jump so high 😳. However there is absolutely nothing wrong with selling it for more. 💔 South African Consumers are on their own 😢 A Clone was Sold by a Big Car Dealership !! A Clone was Financed by WesBank A Clone was Insured !! Police took the Clone from Innocent Consumer, the Finance house says the Consumer has lost all the 3 years' instalments. The Dealership says they don’t have a car for Him. This is the pain people go through and their stories are never heard. 😔 The sad thing is if we stop paying off cars the finance house gets it repossessed etc. Why is the consumer the one suffering here when the car still belonged to the finance house. Why not pay him back his 3 years of instalments and the finance house deal with the dealership who sold the client the Clone. It’s the dealership that organised the finance for the client as well. WESBANK SHOULD PAY THE CONSUMER BACK ALL HIS PREMIUMS or Give him another car of same value to complete his loan period. SIMPLE !! This is a painful story 💔 A whole 130000km mileage reversal and vehicle was in a terrible accident yet sold accident free !! This Dealer( KOHINOOR MOTORS ) in PRETORIA has been refusing to take this car back since September last year. He sold a car to this Aunty with reversed mileage and it has endless problems. The worst part is how rude this dealer and his lawyer is. They threatened to call saps and kick us off their property if we decided to bring that car back. The lady is very fearful of this dealer 😔 We have now escalated this matter to MIOSA and it will definitely end up with The The National Consumer Commission (NCC) if Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa does not rule in favour of the client. All the proof is in this video. We as South African’s are tired and we need intervention. There is no way that this Dealer cannot be brought to book. There are way too many people who are being taken for a ride by dealers and they have no voice or anyone to help them. South Africa please be careful, do not buy a car without inspecting it thoroughly. They must NEVER buy a car without doing thorough mileage checks and thorough history checks ( Accidents, Stolen&Recovered, Services ) In 2025 we did our best to warn as many as we could.
