Last week, Vikings Table Food Truck, powered by Xcel Energy, delivered its 100,000th meal! Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy delivered the special meal & served lunch off the truck to YouthLink youth + staff. We are excited to continue to provide meals to our community 💜
