I'm so, so grateful to Uday Foundation for helping organize hot meals for patients & relatives outside AIIMS; WAG: Welfare for animals Goa in Goa thar fed their beautiful injured animals whom they treat & Vidit Sharma 🇮🇳 the brave warrior who beats all odds to add comfort & succour for the now despised strays in NCR -- all in memory of my late mother Smt Nagamani Sampath, whose 76th birth anniversary it is today. Hope the prayers of these gentle souls reach her above there 🙏

Such an endearing video! While writing Foreword to my forthcoming book on Haidar Ali & Tipu Sultan, respected Dr. SL Bhyrappa ji reminds us of this Kannada Lavani of 1920-30s sung in village jatres etc. The song castigates Mir Sadik as a desha drohi.
