That feels more comfortable to me.” “I have to really focus… and say ‘Spider-Man.’ The way I get around it… is imagining I’m saying it in fast forward.” Zendaya: “Just get it out. Don’t think about it too much.” Tom Holland: “The moment I relax… it becomes ‘Spider-Man.’”

Q: “What’s the worst thing about wearing a Spider-Man suit for 12 hours?” Tom Holland: “The worst thing is definitely the smell. You spend 12 hours in that thing… in a deep lunge… jumping up and down all day. It stinks.” “We did a really interesting exercise in pre-production. I tried on Tobey’s suit. I tried on Andrew’s suit. I tried on my original suits. We spoke about all the things we loved about the previous costumes.” “Andrew and Tobey had it way easier than I did. They had zips in different places. They could use the bathroom. They could take their mask off by themselves. They could take their gloves off.” Zendaya: “Crazy.” Tom Holland: “Which I still couldn’t do.”

Tom Holland reveals the excuse he gives kids when they ask him to shoot webs. Interviewer: “Is there a specific moment where you could really see the impact it has on a child to meet you as their Spider-Man?” Zendaya: “Many times.” Tom Holland: “Oh yeah. We’ve had countless experiences with young kids. It really means a lot… especially when they don’t know it’s not real. That’s when it’s really special.” “But then you have to be quite quick-witted… because I’ve visited kids before… and they’ve asked me to show them the webs. You’re like… ‘Oh, I ran out of webs swinging over here. I’ve gotta go back to the workshop… and get some more.’” “I really love that. It becomes quite a fun acting exercise. Seeing how excited kids get… is one of the best parts about playing this character.”

Mike Rowe reveals the one job from Dirty Jobs he’d never do again. Shawn Ryan: “What do you think is the single, deadliest, most dangerous job in the world?” Mike Rowe: “There were 350 jobs. There’s one that I would never do again. Opal mining. In the Australian outback, in a little town called Coober Pedy. It was 129 degrees when I was there that day. The city itself is underground. It’s too hot to live above. The opal miners are kind of like crab fishermen in the desert… and on steroids. There’s no OSHA in this part of the world. The night before we got to Coober Pedy, I wanted to look at the opal fields because we were gonna be working there all the next day. They flew me over the fields. When you look down, there are thousands of these prospect shafts that have been dug over the years. None of them are filled in. The pilot said, ‘There’s a lot of wildlife out here. There are hundreds of them at the bottom of these shafts. They fall in all the time… and they die down there.’ I said, ‘Well, that’s terrible.’”
