WOMEN'S WRESTLING, Berlin, Germany, late 1940s. DR. ZSCHIEGNERS WRESTLING WOMEN! Rare film recording of a nude wrestling match between two women wrestlers from Dr. Zschiegner's female wrestling troupe, ca. late 1940s. We can be sure it is from this troupe because of the poster advertisement on the wall and also because of the freestyle rules including a lot of hairpulling. The footage is from a German film archive called "Agentur Karl Höffkes" (AKH). Mr. Karl Höffkes has collected a vast number of short films from the 1930s up to the 1960s Germany.
