Indians remain in crazy denial thinking they consume much less carbs than what they really eat. 1st from Hyderabad, 2nd from Kolkata and 3rd from Patna Diet of poor Indians is 90% rice/roti + remaining 10% other carbs. Even the veggies they eat is fried in oil.
